The fact I had to check out early or at least attempted to, due to unexpected arrangements. And was told I couldn’t get a refund for one night even though I never stayed in the room. So I lost out on $200 for a room I never stayed in.

I liked the room but I woke to itching and bites, killed about 7 bed bugs in the course of the night so I got little sleep also add said breakfast included which is not true so add was misleading,they should correct that.I was in rm.118 so beware.

Had to change my room 5 times due to smoke smells or weed smells in the room...I am highly allergic and get vilontly sick due to the smell. I was out there for an event and was only in the room 11p-630a when I had to leave for the event. I couldn't even sleep due to all the loud noises all throughout the night. There were also roaches and ants in the room and splatters up the wall that bioluminesed that was repainted so yea... someone died in that room! It's NOT worth the money and it is very gross and rundown and I was "supposedly" in the "best" room. Don't go there!

Absolutely filthy. We had to go to walmart and buy a new bedset just to sleep there. The bedd was covered in stains and cigarette burns. Floors were dirty. Shower was dirty and had a hole in the wall like someone punched it. Chairs in the room were covered in stains. Absolutely the grossest room we’ve ever stayed in.

The broken furniture in the bedroom cigarette Burns in the non-smoking room reek of cigarettes. Found dirty Towels up in a kitchen cabinet, Falsely advertised no continental breakfast no pool no spa tub in the suite... Stayed 2 nights both nights the same trash sat outside in the halls next to the broken bed furniture outside..couldn't move to new place everything was full in area...just slept and prayed no bed bugs ...

Me and my fiance found this on booking.com at a very cheap price I guess we got What we paid for. The location was great lots of restaurants and in between both casinos plus we went to the aquarium that was the only 10 minutes away. The only thing I liked about the room was the water pressure in the shower everything else was filthy and broken and falsely advertised... The bookings.com site listed 3.2 star rating Google gave it a 2 star rating with bed bugs reviews so glad I did not see the bed bugs I was petrified all night....

Floor was sticky, no sitting area, seen 4 bugs the time I was there. All the same type of bug. Wifi would keep cutting out. Couldn't even have it on my phone, nothing would load.

It was super crappy. The walls,curtains, bathroom, dresser, lack of wifi, lack of the supposed breakfast. And it was honestly just gross.
