The casino floor and restaurants had limited options compared to other hotels on the strip.

The bathroom was not clean. It looked like they just wiped with a dry napkin as there was still dust and the toilet seat looked dirty still.

It was close to the strip and to all hotels walking distance.

The furniture in this executive suite was old, dirty, and quite uncomfortable. We had to bring pillows out of the bedroom to put on the couches so our guests would be more comfortable. The couches were hard as a rock. The area rug was so worn out you could see the backing. The shower door was so difficult to open, once we got it open we showered with the door open so it would not get stuck again. No hot water for showers in the morning. The maintenance man stated that all boilers were not working and mornings were high demand.

Housekeeping did a great job. Appreciated the upgrade for a good price.

Cold showers hahaha seriously what is up with that?? I asked other guests too and they all had cold showers. You could tell this is an OLD OLD OLD hotel. I moved the bin at one point and saw the original colour of the carpet hahaha. Also you had to be patient with the lifts... a few tries to scan your card. Annnd there is not good reception inside or close by the hotel/casino. But if you're on a budget like me, this was perfect.

Loved the view, the pink lighting, huge room, aircon worked great, also huge bed. Great location!!! The flamingo enclosure was super cute. Actually loved the vibe. If I were to come back to Vegas (from Australia) I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Comfortable room, but the bathroom was not very clean. Filters with a lot of dust and the shampoo was not filled eventhough room was cleaned.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Check-in/out was easy and fast at the automatic machines in the lobby.

Reception staff I dealt with were not overly friendly but did sort the room change I needed. In first room shower tap barely moved meaning shower was stuck on super hot setting which rendered it unusable. Didn't ask for connecting room but got allocated one anyway and people in connecting room were very noisy in early hours of morning plus smoking weed which seeped through to our room. Attention to detail in second room we had was lacking. Bathroom has a soap dispenser by sink, plus bodywash dispenser in shower along with another for shampoo and one for conditioner. All were empty.

Great strip location hotel, right in centre. Room quite modern and contemporary. Nice pools. Didn't eat in any of the eateries so can't comment on those. Price considering location was very good.

What I didn’t like was that the balance wasn’t taken out after check out til 5 days later. You never know what may come up for you to have that money or not. I didn’t like that one store I went into and damn near spent $60 for it to be approved on my end but the cashier kept telling me it was declined.. we ended up doing the transaction 3 times in which it showed on my bank account it was taken. I didn’t like her attitude towards it to make it seem like we didn’t have money. We ended up saying don’t worry about it and left. Went into another store inside casino for the same items and it went right through. Our rooms shower had nothing but hair in it when it was supposed to have been cleaned.

The additional resort fees to be paid to the hotel in addition to the fees depicted here were to high. The hotel is a monster (big) like all of them on the strip. You have to love it, or you will hate it.

The location and the view were a blast. The room was cozy and very pretty.

We didn’t get the room we booked! We were supposed to be in one with a chaise-lounge and when I queried this was told this wouldn’t be possible.

Well worn hotel, extremely busy, very noisy hotel with loud blaring music that is played from Thursday-Sunday at the 21+ pool which permeates to all outside areas near by.

This time, we decided to bring my son for his 23rd birthday.. the wifi was terrible.. only time we got signal was when we left the hotel.. We called Guest Services, several times. They put us on hold for long periods of time.. until we gave up and hung up. I did get through twice. One time support did some troubleshooting and said they have hotel maintenance to look into it. No one from the hotel followed up. Issue was never fixed.. second time I spoke with someone from guest services. Who said the hotel had nothing to do with my signal. (Duh bitch) the problem I was having was with the hotels wifi. She put me on hold, never to return. So I hung up.. issue was never resolved. Worst customer service ever. Just from Guest services.. everyone else was great.

I liked the location and the amenities.. We stay at the flamingo everytime we go to vegas.

The cleaning staff came in once and only cleaned my bathroom. I had specfically opted in to have cleaning. It was bizarre. Also the phone in my room stopped working and the thermostat didn't work properly (either "off" or cold)

I've stayed her many times before. The location is great. Usually the rooms are great.
