Dishwasher did not work the coffee maker does not dispense water into cup. The dresser in living room has drawers the roll out by themselves. The jacuzzi bathtub drain plug will not stay open . The stove overhead light does not work. USB charging ports do not charge well they are outdated. Small bathroom toilet flusher is sitting straight up and the toilet runs about once every 2 minutes.

The only problem was we must have not been in an upgraded unit. I would see beautiful chandeliers and other patios/balconies had 2 or more chairs ours only had one. The view we had wasn’t all that great it was behind a bunch of trees and had construction across the street. I was able to hear the cars speeding by all night. That bathroom jacuzzi was not usable because the stopper wouldn’t work to keep the water in the tub.

Nice place to stay. Had everything we needed. They have a little store/ breakfast nook if you want breakfast or if you need more toiletries or blow up toys for the pool. My kids loved that the pool was open extra early or late from 7am to 11pm.

The room I had and building f was full of knats flies we couldn't use the balcony at all there was 1 small pots to use to actually cook we had to buy more pots and pans the toilets sits very low and the ceiling fan in master room made a very loud squeaky noise that cause me not to have a good nite sleep the rooms itself can use a lil update for the price it's really basic

The pool was nice and the poolside bar the jetted tub actually worked without a flooding the rooms are a nice size the staff was helpful at the front desk and very nice

Not enough cooking supplies. Was told in process of updating what was in rooms. But not a deal breaker for us.

2 pools was great. Smaller one was quiet n bigger one was never to crowded and warm. Great value n good location.

We’re needed more towels and the option to lock that weird window that looks into the bathroom with the spa tub.

The property was exactly what was my family was looking for. We were not too far from the amusement parks and close to restaurants. Everyone had their own respective beds and the two bathrooms was unbeatable for the price we paid.

I felt I couldn’t go barefoot because our feet got dirty walking on the floors. Otherwise it was a great stay!!

I felt very safe on the property, they are family friendly and pet friendly. Our room was nice.

The facility was nice with the exception of the availability of food. We were quite disappointed when we arrived and there was no actual restaurant. You could order food in the convenience store which was good. I felt very sorry for them though because they were very short staffed.

The apartments could do with some updating. The kitchen cupboards look a little tatty and although the main flooring had been done and looked nice, some of the carpets have also seen better days. The cleanliness was a little hit and miss. The communal areas, (reception and the pool) were really clean and looked lovely, but the apartments were not quite as good as I'd have expected. The was dust build up on the doors and the lamps and walking around on the carpets left it mark on your feet. There could also have been another bathroom for the 2 visitor bedrooms or a separation in the bathroom/ toilet. They were all in the same room so if someone was in the shower and another wanted to use the bathroom, they couldn't.

The location was excellent. We hired a car and were only minutes from Disney property which allowed us to pop on and off as we wished, but it also within walking distance to a number of restaurants and the Vineland Premium Outlets and you have the I trolley stop on your doorstep. The apartment size is a bonus. We had a 3 bedroom which provided enough space to get some privacy yet the social space in and around the kitchen was big enough to be together.

The floors were filthy. Looked clean but our feet/ socks would be really black! Outside our room someone had swept up leaves and rubbish and left the pile outside our room for the duration of our stay.

Plenty of room and loved the fact you had kitchen and separate bathrooms and bedrooms for kids. The location was great. Staff were friendly at check in.

The condo itself felt a little dated (stuck in the 90s.) We had enough crockery for 3 people, but the cooking equipment was limited. I am sure that if there were more people you could ask for more equipment but this seems a slight inconvenience. The dishwasher was a little unreliable for cleaning. The doors and windows seemed to let a lot of noise through on the odd occasion people walked past. The floor of the apartment needed a good clean with a mop.

The condo was spacious on a well maintained complex. Housekeeping was every 4 days, which suited us, with new towels, bedding replaced and bathrooms cleaned. The safe was spacious, free and easy to use. The beds were comfortable and the soft furnishings were well maintained. Parking was simple and just outside the apartment block. The pool was nice. Disney was convient to get to. With shops also close by. The lobby, looked new and bright and stylish.
