Didn’t pay attention to the fees charged for one night stay. The fees were triple the cost of the accommodation. There are better options for your money than this place.

The fact that there was no number for an onsite person to call to handle little problems…we had 3 things that required calling the Vacasa 800 number, who then had to call a local ‘fix-it’ person: a tv that didn’t work, no hot water, and no line by line instructions as to how to get fresh towels for our 7 day stay. Also the pass code and entry was difficult which a neighbor guest helped us with

Breakfast was not part of the package. The room was clean and all the needs and accessories for bed, bath and kitchen were available. But it is an old property and definitely well used

If you want a hot shower you better be the first one in the row of motel rooms in the morning to do so. We had 4 people and only one person could get a few minutes of hot or even warm water. If our neighbors got up before us and showered there would be no hot water for us.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable! Pricing was cheap and we felt very safe. Walking distance to liquor store and restaurants. Mountain views all around the property.

The surprise cleaning fee which doubled the quoted rate, and there is no staff on site to help with questions. Other guests had to help us. If this is typical, then I won't be staying with Vacasa again

LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS

We thought we were getting a kitchen, we brought food but know way to cook, no restaurants were open. we were in lodge 3 just disappointed no kitchen BUT location and cleanliness was EXCELLENT.

The overall outdoor temperature is hotter than normal this year. The units we stayed in didn’t have air conditioners, but did have thermostats on the wall like they did. While I understand that most of that area does not have central air conditioning, it was not clearly stated on the website as such.

Had A Hard Time opening the front doors, smell mold , animals hair all over both bed ,Both room , smell PROPANE GAS ALL NITE ,had sleep front door nd window OPEN 40 Degree weather. NO NEAR BY ATTEND.

property is ok. they advertised a price of 111.00 and ended up charging me 330.00!!!!! 165.00 “cleaning fee” and a 9% “destination charge”…whatever that is. Total unconscionable RIP OFF. I’ll be taking this to small claims. STAY AWAY.

It says professional cleaning. That's a joke. The room we stayed in was far from clean. Had a bad odor, like wet and moldy wood. There was cob webs everywhere I mean everyone where from it was unbelievable. Everything smelled like dust and mold. Why should I have to throw out the trash and wash the dishes the property basically asks that you clean your own room just leave the sheets on the bed because they got you apparently. I was supposed to check in around 11pmm didn't receive the email on check in instructions until 630 am the next morning. We had to come up with an alternative til we got in touch with someone. This place is not a cabin we had people right next to us I we have a 2 small children full of energy 6 and 7. They want to play and it was hard especially because it was supposed to be fun. The bathroom smells also the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty. Professional cleaning they said. Will never stay again or recommend anyone else. One last thing the grill was disgusting. If it would have been clean with no smell would have been different.

There was plenty of room for my family.
