Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is a little sketchy, fine for a one night stay, but not for a family weekend get away.

Room was large and was equipped with fridge, micro wave and dishwasher. Beds were comfortable Absolutely not art work on the walls. We used this as our stop before our cruise and was a day before the cruise. Was very close to the cruisport. Taxi did not have a van so we used Uber and the price was excellent. Price from the airport in taxi was pricey - included luggage charge. Free breakfast was surprisingly edible and actually good. Great coffee.

Our room was fine, however, our friends who also stayed the night had a room which smelled strongly of smoke. I would have refused this room had it been assigned to me. Smoke in a room advertised as smoke free is not ok.
Breakfast was fine and included stated items. Space was adequate for the number of people in the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet and close to the highway. I would consider this a nice one night stay hotel.

the internet required re-connecting -- it would have been better if this was automatic, and you didn't have to go through this sign-in process each time
Good room with lots of storage, we also appreciated the full-sized fridge and extra sink by the kitchenette area. Though not used by us, there was also a dishwasher and garbage disposal -- so overall quite good facilities & amenities. Location has several food options nearby, and an Amazon locker across the street for those who like to shop online.

.Bed was OK, but pillows were to flat. I stuffed 2 together in 1 pillow case but still not great. Luckily I had my airplane pillow.

The hotel looked run down. Bad patches on the walls. Paint touchups on the doors did not match in color. Graffiti in the elevator and some bottoms did not light up.
The bed was very comfortable and the stay included breakfast

Partying allowed! Not acceptable.
We were put at the back if the hotel to avoid as much noise as possible, however, the kids across the way were partying until 3am and screamingat eachotherat the top of their lungs. When we complained they did tell them to stop and came back multiple times to tell them but did not it still kept happening. We felt very unsafe! They were on drugs or something. I spoke to the manager before leaving that morning as we still had another night there and he just brushed it off as it's spring break.... not acceptable. The next night still noisy but as bad.

1. Stained shower curtain was stained- please replace it. 2. Mattresses were blood-stained & looked old- please replace them.

Breakfast was bland. No sort of healthy options other than fruit. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Very odd.
Staff were fantastic!! Very pleasant and friendly, and very quick to help with an issue we had. It was quickly solved!

The parking lot was almost full so I had to park near the back and there were some interesting characters hanging back there.
Room was clean and comfortable and beds were awesome! It’s near Starbucks and other food/convenience stores.

The bathroom was a little rundown and could use a little work. It’s unfortunate because it’s a very nice property that just needs a little touchup. The buffet was very disorganized, and so it made it very crowded and difficult. They really need to get a some kind of a planner in there to help them organize the set up of it. The food itself was fine and made for a nice breakfast
Room was very nice. The beds were great and very white and clean.

Bathroom was a little tight, if you left bath door open while taking shower. You couldn’t get out of shower until you partially closed the door plus bath mat would get caught by bottom of door, lack of toiletries ( small shampoo & bar soap provided but no shower cap, conditioner or body lotion)
Location, very comfortable bed & nice pillows, shower, nice counter space in bathroom, varied choices for breakfast; enjoyed that with personal account, one could access Netflix on tv
