I like the location and I love the staff

The room smelled bad, they had roaches, the tub was stopped up, the shower curtain wouldn't stay in place, and the refrigerator leaked all over the floor. The staff was wonderful but the property is trash

I didn't like that the first room had a smell and the bed was torn at the bottom It looked outdated and I was not able to sign on to the Wi-Fi at all

I like that the front desk receptionist was very helpful the location of the hotel was okay the second room was much better but the walls in the bathroom were peeling.

How can you have 2 hotels and addresses so messed up through booking.com... I don't like hotels that take deposits.. to much work

Not sure if this is even for the correct hotel .. Booked 1 hotel address rook me to another.. but that first hotel.. needs lesson in hospitality.. front desk rude. Ran out of rooms.. elevator broken security.. just a really bad vibe glad I didn't stay there... I wasn't the only one at wrong address.. others were as well ..Hotel #2 Christina was very accommodating and bad up for the first hotel

We didnt feel secure. One night some people knock our door twice. TV didnt work, same with coffe maker, some staff were friendly, others not. Breakfast was ok.

There was a strong smell of bleach two light were not working went down to tell front desk clerk and her reply was it’s probably unplugged..on both night people were cursing and kids running through the hallways knocking on our door in the middle of the night and running away ..also the microwave not working properly the coffee maker was not even operable …I checked out of the hotel at 10am and I left the room cleaner than when I checked it …

Best thing about the room was the bed the pillows were horrible. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel we only slept and shower and was gone all day .

I just didn't like seeing roaches and the pointe that we had to go down to the desk for towels, the housekeeper didn't have towels, a little frustrating, and if you go down at 8:30 AM there was no breakfast.

The room was uncomfortable, roaches crawling on the sink counter, bed sheet and comforter smelled sour & moldy. My sleep was sleepless due to neighbors walking and talking loudly throughout the night, along with the shower faucet pulling from the wall when you turned on the shower head. I will choose another hotel next time.

The furniture needs replacing the sofa and chairs are old, stained and looks dirty! The breakfast was not good at all, especially the fake eggs. The building itself needs attention there was material hanging off the roof. I asked for extra sheets, but none were available. For the price I paid the value was not here, I wouldn't stay here again!

The check in staff was friendly and helpful, the suite was spacious.
