The location, seemed like there was a little mold smell in the room.

The bed was comfortable, I had two reservations for different nights the check out and recheck in process was great.

The room upstairs sounded like a herd of elephants. Not very sound proof at midnight. The girl at check in was not very friendly, didn't review breakfast policy (was there breakfast?) Need more than 2 towels.

Rough crowd at night and one of our group had parts stolen off vehicle but I had great stay. Key in back door gave me exercise when inop. I had to think hard to find one thing inconvient. Thank you all very much.

From our group one truck was stolen from hotel parking lot another truck was broken in braking glass , so security in very poor to none . So that reason I will rate it a FAIL GRADE

I would add more outlets in the middle of the beds for charging devices.

I loved the customer service and accommodations provided by all the hotel staff that I had interactions with. The staff provided an extension cord and surge protector to easily charge devices in the room. Every need was met when asked.

Someone tried to get into my room and if I didn’t have the latch on the door they would’ve came right in. I was so afraid didn’t know what was going on. The front desk nor the manager called to explain or apologize for the mishap. I’m very disappointed and feel I deserve something for this mistake. I had to call down and mention what happened and very nonchalantly oh yeah we fixed it. WOW that’s it I even stopped by the front desk and still nothing.

The hotel had a run down appearance with a moldy musty smell throughout.. the room linens were dingy with spots on them (clean) but noticeable washed in stains. The power went out during our stay no storms unsure of what happened it did come back on after about 10 minutes.

The thermostat was set too low and I was unable to change it so I was freezing. Also the fixture on the shower was not installed properly so it was hard to set the water tempature. The mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel staff, they cancelled my reservation without notifying me. I reached out to them that I would be lately checking in, and the receptionist acknowledged like yeah that’s fine. But by the time I reached out to there, they said reservation is cancelled, on top of it they added like they didn’t have my contact details to reach out. Communication was little rude.

The lady at the front desk did something that I don't know if I've ever had done to me before but she made me feel more less than a person than I've ever felt before she looked at me and treated me with such disrespect and discussed I pretty much cried hopefully I won't kill myself over this one day maybe she'll understand that you can't judge people by the way they look but-bye what's inside hopefully she realized how she made me feel and will correct the next person she encounters that she might not look like the way they look it's all because I have my teeth not like everyone else's my teeth are definitely in need of repair or replacement but that's besides the point it doesn't matter what a person looks like inside is what matters and her inside I hope it gets better in the meantime everything else was accommodating and beautiful if I would have stayed but I chose not to because of her she pretty much acted like she did not want me there whatsoever considering my reservation and everything there's one thing that I do know I will never check out a room there again

Smelled like someone was smoking marijuana the entire stay there. When turning on the air, the smell intensified so badly that it was unbearable. When walking in the lobby on the last day, it had there was an sewage odor.

It was less than 10 minutes from the airport.
