Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Vacuuming to early can't sleep in.No food available 9 or 9:30 till 11 not good.
My Bday trip most was good However no food available between 9 or 9:30 am till 11.Vacuuming at 8 am or 9 woke me up,why have late check out 12 when you woke up by vacuuming up against your door in hallways.Most memorable moment vacuums ugh

Price is high. We unfortunately had a flight delay and missed connection so we only stayed for a few hours. It would be great if hotels could offer a discounted price for short stays , we only had 10pm till 5am.
Location, free shuttle, ease of checking In/out, king room was very spacious , bed was comfy. No noise despite being so close to the airport.

The television was old and was not able to function and could not enjoy some entertainment before sleeping.
From the entrance to the lobby until I arrived at the room it was beautiful designs.

It’s good they do a takeaway breakfast for early flight customers but not much for vegetarians

Avoid the restraint bar if you can. Quality is okay, but prices are high. $16 for a rail mixed drink and $16 for a burger. Unlike some other reviewers I found the service to be prompt. Biggest disappointment was the shuttle. It is fine going to the airport, but is slow and inconvenient for a pickup.

The gate to get in and out of the parking lot was not working half the time. Had to go to the front desk many times.

Shuttle to the airport . We arrived in the evening and just wanted something to eat. The food from the bar was excellent. I checked in ahead of my partner, that room had an issue with the air con unit and it was extremely loud. I reported it, within mins a member of staff came to check on it, apologised and said they would look for another room. They did so brought the new keys to my room, offered to help with my stuff. I moved rooms and all was good. I was impressed.

Unfortunately there were two fire alarms, which required all guests to leave the building, one time at 10 pm and then again closer to 11. Fire Dept. had to give the OK twice. Evidently it involved some moronic guests who were smoking in a stairwell. Why they weren't kicked out immediately is beyond my understanding.
Usual things when I stay there. Clean room, easy check in and out, etc.

Well, there was a issue with my payment for the room I booked for. The hotel failed to mention that I would be charged $250 for a room because of my card. When I the room that I paid for was a total of $187 for one night. The $250 was supposed to be temporary and I also was put in a room that I did not book for.
The hotel was clean and pretty quiet.

The facility, although clean, is tired and needs renovation. The air conditioning unit in our room was very loud and woke us each time it clicked on.
Close to airport. Had a burger at the bar since the restaurant was closed and it was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Both the individual at check-in and the bartender were very friendly and welcoming.
