It was a great room more than what I was expecting, I loved the jacuzzi being in my room, a kitchen with a full size refrigerator,range and everything needed to do some cooking. I was really impressed with having access to the balcony from the living room and bedroom .I had wanted a weekend getaway to just sit back and relax and take a stroll on the beach morning and evening and I must say that I wasn't disappointed even when it rained.

A lil outdated. The walls and doors are definitely not sound proof. I was on the 6th floor and could hear the conversations at the pool on the 4th from the living room.

Overall, a very nice and cozy hotel. Great location(middle of boardwalk).

It’s an older facility so the carpets look a little “done-in”, which is not surprising at the beach. The lobby is a bit cramped, as are some of the turns in the parking garage. And there’s only one elevator. These aren’t major issues for us.

The staff was exceptionally friendly & gave us a warm welcome. We appreciated the bikes that 4Sails provided at no charge. The kitchen was well provided & perfect for a quick breakfast in. Our granddaughter loved the pool & the unit’s jacuzzi. Great stay, excellent facility.

Parking garage has very narrow ramps, pool cloudy and strong chlorine smell. Balcony doors excessively hard to open, bed advertised as queen but was more like full size. Was comfortable though.

The parking situation. The garage is super small and tight. We have a 2016 crew cab Toyota Tacoma that hasn't been lifted or modified, and it was extremely difficult to get it parked in the garage. The ramp is nearly impossible for bigger vehicles. And I'm not sure, but I don't think they have a lot. So if you can't find a spot or fit in the garage, you'll have to pay for parking.

We love that Four Sails is private suites with private balconies. And it's always clean. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They even helped us find our doordash order that had mistakenly been left at another location.

The only issue we had was the balcony door was very hard to open and close and it kept coming off track. It was a struggle to get it to close properly.

We loved the location! Our favorite thing about the room was the double balcony!! The living room had an ocean balcony and the bedroom had a balcony facing the city! Also It was so romantic to see the sunrise from the balcony!

When a guest asks if the pool is heated don't tell them "it was just fixed" when it is still not working properly. One of the main reasons we chose this place was for the heated indoor pool. It was my son's 11th birthday and we could only withstand the pool one time because the water was too cold. The bedroom door had been hastily repaired and should have been replaced before renting out the room to us. Nails were sticking out.

The location and the room were good. View was excellent. Staff was friendly and prompt. Took care of our issues.

Neither tv could be powered on/off via remote, only manually on the tv. There was only 1 elevator, for December it wasn't an issue, we almost never had to wait but this would be a huge issue during the summer months. The heating system was also in need of a cleaning and filter change. Each time we turned it on, it felt stuffy and iratated our throats at night.

The location was perfect. During the Boardwalk Christmas light show, the exit ends at this hotel, so it was perfect for what we needed. It is near restaurants, ice cream, shops, and more. The room was huge for a family of 3, 2 adults and a baby. The full kitchen would have been great for a longer stay. I loved having 2 balconies to see both the sunrise and the sunset. The front desk employees were very nice, and maintenance came quickly when we had a small issue with the tvs. I also liked that they have a restaurant on site.

The property is a bit dated, and the rooms can definitely use some basic maintenance and some upgrades. But they are clean!

Friendly staff and very helpful. The manager, JJ, even upgraded our room for the last 3 nights due to a minor mixup that caused a delay at check-in. Rooms are clean. Great view from the oceanfront balconies. Great location.

Quite old-fashioned decoration and equipment. Noise caused by military aircraft. Reception personnel may need some admin training (e.g. issuing invoices).
