Great customer service, room was outdated but clean. Location is off the main strip but only a few miles to lots of restaurants and more. Was good for a quick overnight stop during our trip.

I contacted the hotel directly about the need for housekeeping to do a better job! I even furnished pictures so they could see exactly what I was speaking about. Primarily noticeable were issues in the bathroom. Mold on the venetian blinds, soap scum around the faucet area & when I got there, I spilled water on the floor. I used a facecloth to wipe it up and when I picked up the cloth it was dirty.

Loved the location, close to everything and having the Pemi running behind the hotel to sit & enjoy was great! Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Like everywhere else this summer, everything seemed a bit damp. 

The river is right behind the rooms and it sounds and looks beautiful.  It’s very quiet because it set back from the road a bit.  I appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Location not close to any restaurants or Main Street. Rooms were musty smelling and small. Cheap locks of doors to room. Do Not take Room #7. It’s in corner, small and musty odor. E asked to be moved from room and staff did accommodate. This motel needs sprucing up, seriously needs to clean up curb appeal. Management were friendly and I think, hope new to motel busisness.

It was a little far from a Walmart and the units were next to a road, but none of these were a deal breaker. The stream made up for it.

There was a stream in the back of our unit. We went exploring along the stream in the evening and relaxed with the window open to listen to the water. The location was great. It was close to Clark's Trading post, which the bears were great to watch, and the Kancamagus highway.

Stayed in a cabin. Very cute and cozy. Very scenic views. Had a great time watching thunderstorm over mtns from little screened in sun porch. Friendly neighbors. Access to beautiful rocky brook was amazing for splashing and rock hunting. Very quiet and kid friendly location but still close to attractions and town

At the price point no real complaints. You know what you are getting at certain price point hotels. My only complaint is when I took a shower the drain was a little clogged and started to get above my ankles during the shower.

It was a good cheap room for the night being a solo traveler. The location and highway in front of the hotel is dead after 7 p.m.

This is a great cheap motel. good size room, fridge, decent heat. All you need really if you dont want fancy. We went in winter so I dont know if it had outdoor amenities.

I was slightly disappointed by the rate I paid for this hotel. I was aware it was a motel and did not expect the Hyatt Regency. But it reminded me of my grandfathers old cottage. The bottle opener on the sink, big chips in the bottom of the furniture. A microwave you had to finagle to get it to open. All in all it wasn't horrible but I wouldn't have paid almost $200 if I had clear pictures of what I was getting. From what I understand the location is probably why it costs that much. Everything was clean though and the heat worked well.

Everything was clean. The shower and sink water pressure was great. Water didn't get cold quickly. Location was good for what we were doing. It seems like it would be very nice in the summer with the stream behind it.
