We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Check in easy despite a last minute modification. Spacious room, clean and quiet. Located 5 minutes from the event I was attending. Simple cold breakfast with coffee/tea available in lobby.

United KingdomVery tired looking generally. It has that feel of a cheap motel, but it's not cheap in price. The bathroom was a bit grubby and old and small. Its definitely overpriced in my book, but we couldn't find much else cheaper. It was just about acceptable. Didn't feel like money well spent. Breakfast was pretty terrible, the coffee weak, lots of sugary donuts in plastic packets and pop tarts, but at least they had bran flakes so we could eat something moderate healthy. Staff were friendly though. The bed sheets were clean and mattresses OK.
Good location, nice and quiet, just outside town. Cheaper than a philadelphia hotel / motel and ok to drive in for a visit. Phoenixville seems like a charming little town.

It is an old building, looks like a former nursing home. Big rooms, clean, needs new carpeting, and bathroom update. But everything is clean and comfortable. For the price a good deal. Very quiet. Breakfast is nothing to speak of but not an issue or concern for us. Will stay there again.

United States of AmericaToo bad the smoking area is by the front door. It would be better off to one side. Or at the back. There should be something, fencing or shrubs, to shield the dumpster... it's right there at the front.
Nice clean room and quiet hotel. Rocking chairs at he front add a nice touch. Good breakfast, served early. Friendly staff. Plenty of good Italian restaurants nearby. Ample parking lot.

United States of AmericaI stayed at this property initially because I was visiting family on my way home to Ohio. I ended up with some car trouble and had to extend my stay. They moved me from my original room and the other room we had seemed very damp, like it needed a dehumidifier, the heat lamp and the drain plug in the bathroom didn’t work. Management was repeatedly huffy when I explained my car situation and asked for a late check out
The room was big and the carpet was nice. big TV, nice refrigerator. most of the front staff was very nice and friendly. the first room we had had a nice heat lamp in the bathroom

Friendliness of staff. Cost was reasonable compared to others in the area. We had a deer outside our bedroom window. No exterior doors, which is safer for women travelers.

Everything worked, but the light fixtures and bath were stained and the trim was starting to fall off the walls, which isn't what I expect from a hotel with this high a booking.com rating. I also couldn't get a late check-out, when my online meeting went overtime, apparently because exactly that room was booked again. Okay, but the carpark was practically empty all night, so I'm sceptical that there really weren't any other rooms available.
The room was quite spacious.
