You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The front desk (window) person was pleasant and gave us instructions for the parking lot, etc. however she failed to tell us the elevator near the parking lot was out of order and our room was on the 4th floor...so we walked around trying to find another elevator and had to walk up 2 long flights of steps to the front elevator carrying 2 heavy suitcases...this was awful, we are 70 years old...not cool.

United States of Americaelectric went out but it was on soon.I like the motel it was in pretty good condition overall I was there four days so if I need anything I just could call down or go down and get it that was pretty simple
you could have had some croissants or some sweet rolls or some muffins that would have helped I didn't see any milk but I didn't eat cereal so it was all right it it was a little cold and needed to be warmed up a little bit more but it was pretty good overall

couldn't use the more toast milk and juice and they can put some meat in that gravy but the business and gravy was good but it just needed some meat in it and potatoes and stuff that needed some sweets like some muffins and some cinnamon rolls and just sweets and I don't think that's about it.

United States of AmericaConstant dog barking somewhere near us all night long. Electricity went out on Friday during the day. Room smelt old and moldy, although I know this is an older property. Air freshener would’ve helped. Shower was leaky and tub drain was broken.
Love the location of the property. Housekeeping came and cleaned our room during our stay which was nice.

I must say the breakfast was very disappointing. I know since I've been there numerous times that the menu is virtually the same, however the quality of food was very subpar. The biscuits and potatoes were obviously several days old and inedible in my case.
