It took a long time for our room to be cleaned.

They just seem to miss steps the whole way. They really need a toddler/baby pool. It’s not enticing to adults to go to a hot tub that is filled with kids who are wearing diapers. The remote to our TV was missing and we spent time trying to find it and then having to wait to get a new one. The outlets by the TV did not work. Our reservation was for 2 adults yet there was only one robe in the room. When they brought us a second one, it was a flimsy, scratchy, waffle, iron fabric, not plush and smooth like the other one that was in the room. The coffee machine did not work so my husband had to get dressed and go to the lobby to get some. Finally, sleep was impossible as the AC never cooled down. We sleep at 68 degrees and the coldest the room got was 74. They just seemed to lack the small details at $900+ you would think it would be a little better.

Getting into the facility was a nightmare- all access blocked by a motorcycle rally, finally got to a back entrance after circling the area 3 times- a nice young valet was coming back from the parking lot- and agreed to help us get inside the building

The rooms were a little small and only a desk chair otherwise you sat on the stool at the end of the bed or on the bed.

The pool girl behind the bar was very rude. She definitely did not want to be there. She was rude with me and other guests who also complained(I randomly met them in the pool and that’s the first thing that was mentioned). Also on a weekend you should probably have more staff working at the pool. It took 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and 1 shot!

Over priced. Could not go to the hotel bar or restaurant since I did not bring a dress or polo shirt with me. Labor day weekend. I was not there for business. No hotel parking. Had to park offsite at a fee.

The room was missing fridge, Took three times to get a fridge that belonged in the room. One was too big, second didn't work, and smelled of rotten fish. Finally, they brought a new one. The sink was leaking and clogged, and they fixed that, and then the tub clogged up.

Our room was right above the area where there was a wedding going on. The music was very loud and made the night not enjoyable.

1. You had to ask for the room to be made up. No one told me that at check in so I went for 3 days with no fresh anything. Finally called and that was what I was told. 2. The shower was so complicated that it needed instructions. Same with Nespresso machine. A simple shower and coffee maker would have been much better.

Room amenities could use improvement! There is a fridge but its to small to use and we couldn’t figure out the espresso machine so a keurig would work!

Pool area is great, swim up bar and wonderful staff! Also enjoyed the beautiful Founder’s bar.

For a huge hotel; the pool is too small. Need to add a pool for family with kids. The pool bar was too small. Didn't know our room would be adjoining rooms - at 7:00am in the morning I could hear the parents yelling at their kids, and the kids crying. Maybe for adjoining rooms book families next to families. Our room was an ocean view room but the bed didn't face the ocean so in order to get the ocean view we had to stand at the window; since there's no balcony, we couldn't enjoy it the way we wanted too. I add this about the view because you "pay extra" for an ocean view room.

We enjoyed our stay. Very pretty and comfortable. Food was good. Even though the pool was packed the bartenders kept their cool and were very attentive. They did a great job for being only 4 of them in such a small area. The girls at the pool bar, Destiny, Birdie, Karleigh, and Kylie, are great workers. The valet service was very good too.

Pool bar closes at 7 so had to go inside and order food from restaurant. Rooms were very small but good layout.

Pool was very nice and beds were comfortable. Valet service was quick!
