Air conditioning in my room wasn't very cold, but it wasn't uncomfortable.

It was decent, the waffle maker works great, my air conditioner worked, I just prefer sleeping in colder rooms. Altogether a nice stay, and the price was great.

The only complaint I have is the floor in our room was a bit dirty, needed a mopping. Also, would have liked to enjoy the hot tub, but looked like it needed a good cleaning. Other than that, stay was pleasant.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was minimal but met our needs. Property overall was kept in good condition. Our room was nice and spacious. Overall we had a good stay, will be back again.

Pool was dirty, water was clear, but alot of "floaties" on the surface

There was dried poop, that wasn't ours on the toilet handle when we arrived. I cleaned it myself and luckily had Lysol to spray everything down. Also, there were people next door partying and making so much noise at night, they were a disturbance and i was honestly worried about being there, but i understand that's not the fault of the hotel or the staff. I also didn't see any breakfast available, but that's not a necessity for me

hotel under construction was not informed about this when making reservations. dangerous walking areas, breakfast was just old cinamon rolls. coffee creamer was old and did not blend with coffee. construction crew was working on room right next to mine. it was raining so i had to stay at the room longer than i wanted to stay. for #20 more a night i could have stayed at the marriot next door

Bugs came in the room, in particular a few roaches because there is a gap under the door, so they come in. We had to put towels to keep them from coming in. Female clerk asked why I wanted a Do Not Disturb sign. I told her that we go to bed late, so we get up late. We threw our trash daily. I wanted to tell her that it was none of her business. I mean seriously....I answered her, but we paid for our room, it's none of her business.

We had a smoking room so I can't complain much.

The coffee maker in my room didn’t work. The hot tub was inoperable. The breakfast area had no coffee cups available and no one was present to assist. Housekeeping came at 10:15 and was surprised I was still there and asked me if I planned to stay late. Checkout was 11 am.

Location was right off the hwy. It was quiet. The check in person was very kind and let me check in early.
