I paid extra for a jacuzzi room and the jets to it didn’t even work. The tub itself and the window over it were not clean (AT ALL). The water from the shower was warm, at best. The TV only had 7-8 channels and they were all local news.

Nice staff, location, and general set-up. Loved that they offered breakfast and had a pool/hot tub. Comfortable bed.

The pool heater was broken so the pool was an ice bath. The hot tub was about 90 degrees. So the pool/hot tub being the only reason I choose a hotel for my family this kind of sucked.

The breakfast was great as usual. The staff delivered extra towels and blankets as necessary. We accidentally arrived a day early and they were extremely accomodating.

The room and lobby needs to be treated with Terro for sugar ants. There were ants on my nightstand, a few in the bathroom as well as the window sill in the breakfast area.

Breakfast was standard fare but good. Plastic trays and paper plates readily available would have been nice to see to allow customers to take their foods to their room.

Room was dated and not much around Gold Beach to see, eat or do. Should have stayed in Bandon instead which had a nicer town, more amenities and a spectacular beach. The included breakfast did not have enough food (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee, juice, yogurt) to go around. Guests had to wait quite awhile for replenishments and I ended up not eating as there was almost nothing left midway through breakfast (8am when breakfast goes til 9am).

Room smelled terrible like animal pee Problem with 3rd party and surestay bed was uncomfortable new beds needed. No towels in pool area at different times. It was expensive

The spa in the room wasn't in working order and the blinds next to the spa had a 4" gap at the bottom that allowed anyone outside to see into the bathroom area. We pointed it out to the staff and they had the maintenance guy come by to check it out. They knew about the spa and were unaware of the blind issue. We were offered a discount for the none working spa. The coffee could have been a bit stronger in the breakfast bar, but everything else was superb.

The room was spacious, clean and relatively comfortable. The lighting was very good and there were multiple outlets all over the room. The breakfast was great, lots of choices of real home cooked food. A short easy walk to the beach, although the last bit is a bit challenging.

Shower valve reversed. Cold adjustment scale is HOT!, and Hot adjustment scale on knob was cold. Could be dangerous. Took a couple minutes to figure out where the hot water was.

The bathroom toilet seats look worn and old , they need to replace it, stairwell’s at the end of the building looks like it never gets swept there was garbage around. It’s an older building looks like they need some repairs.

Our room was what we called in the basement which is ground floor. The gateway carpet is old spiders everywhere. Needs updating. We had no patio furniture.

I wasn’t able to check in initially due to the room not being ready. There was a shortage of housekeeping that day which is out of their hands, but it’s still disappointing not to get your room after a day on the road. The TV could have been larger considering it’s a good size room.

The room is very dated and run down. It feels like you’re back in the 80s. For the price you’d expect more.

It’s right by the beach and you can hear the waves while in your room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly.

The 3rd floor is really the 2nd floor as the first floor goes down one floor from the parking area. No elevator which is an issue if stairs are a problem for you.

The beach is easily accessed from the hotel. A lovely beach and I enjoyed the view of it from our room. The bed was ok and the room was clean.
