Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOn my arrival the elevator was working only sporadically. I asked the desk clerk that checked me in to direct me to the stairs. SHE SAID THERE WERE NO STAIRS. I told her there had to be a staircase somewhere. She just said she was sorry and walked off. I was about to check back out of the hotel when another guest said she found the stairs and directed me to them. Over the next two days i asked the other desk clerks where the stairs were and they all knew where they were located. ................................................................................................................................. even though it was a non smoking hotel, there seemed to also be a stale cigarette odor in all the halls

IsraelBreakfast is minimal. the hotel and rooms are out-dated and old. Bad was big but old and not that comfort. Rooms are getting cleaned very late in the day so had to waive it once back to work and room was not cleaned yet. overall- it was grand many years ago.
The room i got, teh Villa is very big. Kitchen facilities are nice - having a fridge in the room

United States of AmericaBeds were TOO soft and elevator didn't work sometimes. Also, hot water is not kept warm. It goes warm toward room temperature.
Location. Food options are just across the street. Walking neighborhood is very recommended and doable. Also just driving along the main street one can reach many good spots. Room was really spacious, even the bathroom! That was a plus. Breakfast is super, however, it doesn't change day to day so after two days in a row it won't feel attractive to the palad.

United States of AmericaThe Grand Hotel feels grand like its name because of its wide hall ways, very spacious rooms and bathroom, but its breakfast did not feel grand at all. The dining area was dark, and the spread was disappointing. The room did not have a microwave as I would expect of most/all similar hotels in the area. I know I should not have taken it for granted, but this is the first hotel I have stayed in my 10-days travel in the US that did not have a microwave in the room, especially considering how "grand" it is. The front desk staff in the morning is cold and unfriendly when I asked if there is a microwave I can use in the dining area, he said to look for the dining staff but there was no one in the dining area. I went back to ask the front staff where is the dining staff is, and then he says he doesn't know.

The radio/alarm doesn't work. The NOISE coming from the vents/ac was ridiculous. Ourswas turned off and it WAS SO LOUD, we didn't sleep well

United States of Americathe hot water for tea was not hot enough (in room for shower & for the tea at breakfast), the breakfast room was not vacuumed, the utensils for the boil egg was too clumsy & awkward, the bread selection was not great, croissant was not good, had better at Costco, breakfast room w/ large windows overlooking pool was nice, lastly perhaps a bathmat & more towel bars in the bathroom.
FREE convenient parking, clean room, spacious bathroom, large TV, dresser, two sinks in bathroom, large shower, shower gel, hand gel, complimentary breakfast with fruits, tea, coffee, eggs, croissant. tea packets & coffee in room. close to my family in Sunnyvale, trader joes, the farmers market, restaurants. United States of AmericaMajor language barrier. Thick accents, making it really hard to understand staff. Found cockroaches in my bathroom, which I know isn't "their fault" but the whole place looked like the bed got made and the floor vacuumed. Definitely in need of a deep clean. I wouldn't even shower cause it was gross.
The beds are super comfortable, staff was friendly. Room was actually huge too. I loved the little coffee station that was paired with wine glasses and the robes in the closet for use.

The room size, parking, and comfort were top-tier. I liked how the location was only five minutes from LinkedIn HQ, my destination for this trip. Would be happy to choose The Grand again in the future.
