You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThere was no microwave or fridge the first three weeks of our stay . Also housekeeping does not clean or provide fresh towels sheets or toilet paper unless you request service for that day . Just make sure that you ask upfront about everything they won't tell you.

United States of AmericaThe only I didn't like was, I got this for relaxation. Including a bath. When trying to clean the tub to get in it, i noticed the water wasn't draining. To make a long story short. It took the guy at the front desk so long. He realized he couldn't fix it. Then tells me I can't switch rooms because I had been there for longer than 30 minutes.

United States of AmericaThere were four staff people at the front desk in the morning and no one said, "How was your stay?" or "Thank you for choosing Motel 6." There was no elevator so I had to bump my suitcase up a long flight of stairs. There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee in the lobby was removed at before I checked out. I did get a cup at 7am, but was hoping to have another cup.
The check in clerk was helpful and a cleaning man the next morning was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable; the hallways were bright and clean. My room had a microwave and fridge.

United States of AmericaThe pool was under construction with very loud noises on Saturday morning around 8:30am. The Wi-Fi was super slow. I couldn’t watch movies or play online games on my game system. There were also lots of cigarette burns in the brown covers on the bed however I was in a nonsmoking room. The staff automatically thought that because I was young that I was going to be a problem which is why they insisted on asking me all types of questions about my stay. Just being very nosy during check-in. They judged the book by its cover instead of its content which wasn’t fair.
Quiet at night and beds were comfy for the price.

Super friendly staff checked us in and out. Quiet. Room was sufficient for our stay close to the coliseum. Good parking. Close to the interstate and fast food restaurants.
