The room is great but there was a not very pleasant smell in our room, smells like i'm sleeping next to a trash site not sure where it's coming from since the room is clean so I'm thinking might be from the AC. I had to spray on the room every night before I sleep so I can ignore the smell/

shower was falling apart

This was my first of two stays (OK the first time, poor the second time). Original room was dirty, so staff transferred us to another room. It was cleaner and our stay was OK.

It’s literally in the neighbourhood of bars and restaurants. Everthing is reachable by walk. Public transport stops are also close by. Staff is friendly, room was clean. Parking in front of the accommodation.

When my partner asked at the office for for an extra blanket, the man working in the office grumbled at him- "NO BLANKETS NOW! Ask me in the morning" which really does not make sense as people generally want bankets at night and we had to leave by 8 A for work. There were only a few overhead lighting options in there room - npo bedside or desk lamps.

Room was clean, bed comfortable, and everything worked. It is set back from busy streets enough to be quiet. Rooms were fairly recently remodeled with a pleasant and roomy shower and everything worked well in the room. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. When we told her we would be leaving for work before breakfast was served, she told us to take some wrapped baked goods from a cabinet in the lobby.

It is in a touristy area, so the street was pretty load most of the night.

The location was great, the parking was easy, the bathroom and room were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff, it is under staff property and the reception could do better customer service. We arrive around 1435 and waited 15 minutes outside while it was raining and cold. We tried to ring the doorbell but the reception was unmanned. Finally Manny show up at 1445 and instead of opening the door for us to enter the reception he make a hand sign says it's 3pm check in. I get it, but the way he deals with guest I think it is very inappropriate. What we do we just left the property and start looking for restaurants as we are hungry from a 7hours drive. We comeback around 1525 and do the check in, after Manny handover us the key, the room was not yet ready. We are patience person but a sorry on what happened since we arrive will do yet we don't get any. I just hope next time they know how to deliver customer service.

No concerns! It's a motel, so you don't get all the perks of luxury hotel.... But they cover the basics really well. Motel rooms are always a bit dark.

The rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and contemporary it was. Great housekeeping. Staff was SUPER NICE. This was a great value for the money.

We were a family of 5 and there weren’t any big rooms so we needed to book two. Had expected to be placed close to one another but was placed in different buildings and on each side of the road. There was a lot of traffic all through the night and you could clearly hear everything outside so if you are easily disturbed by noise this might not be the place for you. Apart from that we felt it was good value for the money!

They said the bedroom had queen bed, but I honestly think it was quite small. The pillows were very high, so if you have problems in your cervical, you can get in trouble to sleep well. This was my only problem, and I had stayed for more than two nights, I would have to complain.

The location is really good, close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is free parking and the wi-fi works well. They also offer free breakfast (pastries, juice and coffee). The bedroom is refurbished and everything looked really clean.
