For me, the bed/pillows weren't very comfortable.

Loved the breakfast. Room was clean and neat. Staff was very helpful and smiling.

The desk was almost always vacant, so could be difficult to get help with things. It's easy to see the age of the place - rooms could use a face lift! Our bathroom door had several holes covered with door knob wall shields or patches, sloppy caulk around the shower, cracked bathroom sink, mini fridge had no shelf. Our keys quit working and we had to have them reset. The towels were very thin and small.. Lots of little things.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, decent breakfast included.

The walls are way too thin. We heard everything, including stomping, screaming and bouncing with the people directly above us until 10:30pm

Some breakfast items (fruits, juice) were not available every day during our stay. No room service every day Guest laundry was under maintenance and couldn't dry swimming clothes.

Breakfast was adequate. Fresh towels were provided upon request, not as regular replacement every day The price at which we got the deal for 2 days was worth it though.

The rooms seem outdated and fixed on an as needed basis. Some of the things were nice and upgraded within the room while others weren't. I paid for an ocean view and got a lame partial view. They were not prepared in the room. We stayed with materials such as blankets, pillows, and towels to meet the needs of 6 people, so we had to request.

Breakfast was good and a good value. It seemed to have a lot of kids, and since we traveled with 4, I want to state it was kid friendly. Staff were nice and got us the things we requested.

Mattresses were old. The sheets were really thin and lacked elasticity to stay on the bed.Towels were in short supply for some reason. Pool water was very cloudy. Breakfast Saturday morning was out of several things by 9:00. None of the soda machines were working.

Ductless heater in room was noisy and came on frequently. Set it to 67. Needed it to heat room but turned it off to sleep at night. The elevator was experiencing some issues. The desk person was able to address it and was fine. Mostly used stairs. Excercise is good.

Quiet on 3rd floor. Bed was comfy. The view of the ocean was nice. Seagulls soaring around and passing by window. Deer seen from window and wandering in grass as you head to beach was special. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Some tables needed more wiping down inbetween guests with kids. Bused my own. Not a major issue. Hotel located next to the new paved walking path that is 3/4 mile long and situated behind hotels through ocean grasslands.

The hot tub and pool were extremely chlorinated, too my in my opinion. The rooms were decent, but could be a little more taken care of. Rusty spots in the bathroom and damage to the walls.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the sheets were to small for the bed and kept pulling off all night long!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than most economy motels. Hot tub and pool were great!

Hot tub broke down. My bill was $20.00 more than what she told me over the phone. Two lights out in room. Did not clean my room the last night we stayed and the internet never worked, said incorrect passcode.

Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs were overcooked and not seasoned. Location is outstanding close to beach, gift shops, food, festival, bowling. Love it!

I think they were a bit understaffed. It was kind of hard to get a hold of them and took a while to get a response but the staff was friendly and did try to be helpful

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I think I have ever slept in at a motel. The shower had really good pressure and stayed nice and hot.

Got the room next to the elevator - super loud between the elevator, the ice machine across the hall and the people talking in the hall. No room service. (stayed 2 nights). Remote didn't turn on or off the tv but did change channels and volume. Breakfast Sunday was understaffed - and they tried but couldn't keep up. BayVu parked their van in a handicapped stall, being a person who uses a walker, this is super disheartening. Had to park on the street and walk in.

Staff was awesome. They're always friendly and quick to get any issues taken care of. Fabulous location, love the view of the ocean. Good sized room.

Walls seemed very thin so easily heard conversations or TV from upstairs or next door. Blinds did not close all the way.
