The property does need to be upgraded. Refrigerator broken, microwaves in both rooms were broken, and there was mold in the bathroom along the edges of the tub.

Location was great. The property was nice about using the pool late or sitting on the beach late.

The one small elevator. There was bugs on top of the bed. I paid to much for a room with a view.

The only problem was : a bed bug on one of the kids beds and maintenance said did you bring it with you ! I’m no but after researching what it was the lamp shade had many signs it wasn’t a new problem.. I wasn’t upset but wanted the hotel to be aware for my future stays .. also I let the desk know I was staying a extra night and they locked me out :( never dealt with this stuff in past

There was a musty smell in our room so had to sleep with balcony door open. Didn't want to run AC thinking the filter hadn't been changed in awile..

Personally the rooms need some updating. The vent on the bathroom wall was hanging down, the fridge/kitchen area was rusting and you had to walk down and get extra towels if needed instead of having them brought to your room.

How close it was to the beach, with in walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and they offered to extend my check out time by 1hr (check out it at 10am).

To stay one night is a really good deal. Cause the private beach and pool area. The hotel is very outdated. Wifi connection was very bad and parking spaces are narrow. I wouldn't stay there for a long vacation. Also pool and Jacuzzi had too much chlorine.

We liked the location, the private beach and having pool/jacuzzi close to it. The beach feels very safe and less crowded. Good experience with the staff. Clean beds and bathroom.

The wifi didn't work on any of our devices, the water faucet handle in the shower was broken (would spin 360° but still gave water), smelled a bit off.

I liked how it was on the beach, we had a partial view so that was wonderful. It's close to everything in clearwater (restaurants, shopping, mini golf, TONS of beaches), the staff was always friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfy, TV was perfect size

This is an older hotel and the rooms and overall appearance reflect that. The bathroom was small compared to the rest of the room. The floor wasn’t very clean but the rest of the room was good. The noise was loud due to the live music playing at the resort next to us. Our baby did fine. We had a sound machine that drowned out the music. The music didn’t bother me. There were no beach chairs provided unless you rented. We knew that and brought our own.

The room was spacious and the view was great. Access to the beach was great. The pool was nice. The staff was wonderful. They were helpful and accommodating. The crib was in the room when we arrived. And we had two refrigerators. The price was right.

No maid service and very few electrical outlets, only one of which was located in a convenient spot. The dresser drawers were literally falling apart, and the furnishings in general are tired (beds were great!).

Location, pool, and beach access are awesome. Being next door to great entertainment, food & beverage venues is an enormous plus. Our room, located on the end of the hotel, had a great view of the beach and the water. Very clean!

It needs to have a huge haul makeover. Paint chipping, duck tape on the carpet to the bathroom flooring, ceiling tiles falling, and the tub took forever to drain.

The lack of housekeeping was unusual,although we managed o.k. could have been better.The price charged has obviously to do with the location,but I still think it was a bit high.Each day it cost us to rent beach sunbeds from hotels on either side of the hotel.

We stayed a couple of times over the past years and unfortunately the hotel has stayed the same.It badly needs some TLC and obvious modernising.A private beach and sun beds chained together,not very good.
