the night we arrived the lady at the front desk was rude and disorganized and checking in was a hassle. Also when checking out was just as bad. They also took more money from me then they should have.

I like that there wasn't trash laying around. The rooms were organized.

Missed breakfast , by 20 minutes. Thought they were open til 11am. But no , closed at 10am. Liked the laundry was great but I did put to much soap in the machine. 😬 but my dog loved coming in and stayed with us. 👍

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Design of window curtains doesn't allow them to be completely closed , - an odd feature in a place where it's light all night in the summer. Friendly staff and good airport shuttle service.

room was lacking a chair to set in and a lamp at the desk. after complaining 2 times, someone brought an old office chair that was worn out that rocked around and a straight chair. Lamp that was brought in was good. Shower leaks. Very poor lighting overall, had to use the light in my phone to find outlets to plug stuff in. The light over the vanity did not work had to ask for it to be fixed, it worked for 2 days and stopped working again.

Breakfast was cold and food selection was gone very early. No cups available and juice was watery. We were told it was 6-9 but by 8:00, it was almost all gone.

The front desk lady was not very pleasant. Disappointed the pool wasn’t available, fitness room wasn’t available, fan didn’t work in the bathroom, was disappointed it didn’t have a bath.

The kitchen was being renovated so there was no food to order or ice in the ice machines on the premises. The lobby was in a mess when you walk in. You had to go off site to get breakfast 5 minutes away. The carpet in the hallway looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed for a long while. The carpet in the room was dirty and had an odor. The A/C unit froze up and got the carpet wet so that was probably the source of the smell. The price for the room for the value was not worth it. I'm sure after renovations it'll be very nice but wished I informed about the renovation going on.

The front desk staff and workers were very accommodating and nice and apologized for the inconvenience of renovating. There were plenty of clean towels and toiletries.

The entire hotel was a construction zone and there had been no notice of that ahead of time. We were extremely disappointed in that regard. Staff and construction workers were polite and friendly.

The pool was closed, even though I checked if it was open before booking. It's closed for maintenance an looks like it has been for awhile. the entry, lobby, and hallway floors were dirty. They stayed dirty for the entire 2 day stay, so I'm not sure how often the floors are cleaned. Room floors were vacuumed, but old and worn. Beds were so high and soft it was a bit difficult to get into. If you prefer a firmer mattress, this is not the place. Bathroom shower has no shelf for soaps/shampoo/conditioner...everything just had to be set on the floor. There is no fan in the bathroom. There was no indication that housekeeping would not be provided daily, but we returned to our room the second day and no one had been in to refresh towels or anything. If you want/need housekeeping during your stay, or want your towels refreshed, you will have to ask the front desk. Also, hopefully they have towels when you ask for them... :/

Staff was friendly. Room - Decently sized, large closet with hangers/iron/ironing board. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Bench to place luggage or sit down to put on shoes. Bathroom had ample counter space and a large mirror. The bathroom does have a sliding barn style door, but there was no gap where you feel like people can still see you, so I appreciated that.
