You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cold yogurt. Knowledgeable staff about the area. Out of conditioner in the shower.
Breakfast selects were great, but the yogurt was not kept cold. As a retired nutrition coordinator I brought this to the front desk clerk's attention. I asked questions about the area; good seafood restaurants? Sights to see? What to do? They were not knowledgeable about anything I asked.

The cable didn't offer all the channels. I couldn't watch the Big Bang Theory on TBS.

The standards are slowly slipping. Worn decor, broken tiles in the bathrooms. Hidden rubbish behind the bedroom drawers. Drip tray in the gym full in both days, no head sets. This hotel Is used a lot by traveler’s but is starting to look tired.

The bathroom faucet could use a good cleaning and a shine. The water saver toilet is not a great idea. I needed help from maintenance because stuff wouldn’t go down. The orange juice was so bad I couldn’t drink it.
The breakfast was good. The coffee was great. Anastasia, Tony and the kind gentleman that checked us out are outstanding. Your staff are excellent!!

Unfortunately, we had no hot water the first night (it was tepid) and totally cold the next morning. The staff was very accommodating and apologetic and credited our stay with a night.

only thing that was displeasing was . .. . the eggs . . the first breakfast was good scrambled eggs . . then the next day was a n omelet. same egg consistence . . I like fried eggs . . and the meat cheap sausage . .
Everything went as well as planned . . .recreation room was I spent . . I usually go swimming but the pool wasn't adult size. its good for a family of young ones though . . the room was good had good pressure on the shower . . for we spent 2nights there was very accommodating to the area we visited most which was Salem . .which was only a 10 min ride . . I didnt realize the weather was a factor as I left New York the temp was in 50 s and when we got to our destination . . there was snow . . .but to come around in the sun shiny weather . . would be a treat . .

Pillows were pretty bad. Needed to use three to get a pillow feeling when sleeping. Not a major issue since most hotels have crap pillows.
Breakfast was good. Room was big enough for my wife myself and 4 year old son. In a great location to where I was headed.

I would have liked a handheld shower head. I found the shower to be a bit slippery showering after another person, not sure if it was from the conditioner. Saturday morning there was no room to sit in the dining room but thats not unexpected.
The room was comfortable and clean, there was a work station for working online with easily accessible plugs and USB connections. Easily accessible USB and light switches by the bed. Small fridge and microwave in cabinet The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold items, oatmeal, waffles , eggs, breakfast meats, muffins , bagels, toast, cold cereal, juices milk, coffee and more. Shampoo, conditioner, ,soap and handcream provided.

Location, however I did make the choice to stay there..
Breakfast was good and what you would expect for a hotel.. choices were better than most... I found the location a bit strange to navigate.seemed like the roads made you go south to go north.. that's what I thought 🤔
