We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaRoom had the smell of dog. Saw a dog pee in the lobby and the owner did nothing to get it cleaned up. Was given a price for a larger room online but assigned a smaller room at hotel. Asked but did not receive lower price although was told they were giving us a lower price.
