The shower/tub needs a grab bar so that guest have something to hold on to when they get out of the tub/shower. Location, Location. Because the hotel has only one entrance and the design of the roadway (concrete median), we missed the turn into the hotel and had to turn at the next light, go back over the interstate, turn around, come back over the interstate again and finally turn into the road leading to the hotel. Better signage at the street would really help.

The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the use of the luggage cart. Our request to not have guests with pets in rooms around us was accommodated. The room was clean as expected. Check-in was quick.

Pet fees were excessive. I had 2 well-behaved dogs who didn't make a mess in any way. To be charged for 2 pet fees ($150.00) for the 9 hour duration of our stay was exorbitant. We will not stay there again for this reason.

The breakfasts were not very enjoyable. Minimal choices, sausage burnt both days. Had to ask for milk jugs to be refilled and only the 2% was done . I was charged for parking for 2 days yet they have a sign that says they aren't responsible for any damage. Come on, one or the other!!! Very disappointed how I got nickel and dimeed to increase the additional money I get charged.

Upon arrival, the lady at the desk did not get off Her phone to check me in, to ring up another guess, or to answer the questions of another guess. She continued to talk on her phone. She did not tell me where the elevator was, how to get to my room, or give me the Internet password. She simply handed me my keys and continued talking on the phone. The morning staff did give me the information I needed the next day and was excellent.

The breakfast staff was very helpful and the next morning desk staff understood my complaint.

The breakfast was ok. The waffles were good, but the sausage was turkey sausage. I wish there had been another choice like “regular” sausage.

One major incident spoiled our stay. We returned from a day outing to find our room door was unlocked and left ajar. A T-shirt was missing but fortunately nothing else. The staff attempted to be helpful but not much they could do. Just leaves a bad feeling.

Nice hotel, if a little isolated. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, a little expensive when converted to $A. The staff were generally helpful and the breakfast was good, but a little repetitive.

The property was clean, convenient to where I needed/wanted to go. Breakfast was delicious, but most of all the front desk staff encountered were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, gave excellent referrals to local eateries and went above and beyond when I misplaced my phone. This team should be acknowledged and compensated for their representation of this Hampton Inn, Concord NC.

Coffee was weak-2 waffle makers would be nice Can’t proved it but feel like I was overcharged. The rate that was on the initial option I clicked were extremely far off. My bill charged me for 4 adults when I know I selected 1 adult and 3 children so not sure that is what caused the increase. It is my fault for not paying more attention but one of reasons I selected this hotel was because of price that was advertised which seems like was approximately $239/night

room needs some upgrades in bathroom and carpet needs to be cleaned. could benefit with better mattress and pillows as well.

location was great for our needs. staff was exceptional, super friendly and warm. our room was ok. bed wasn’t as comfortable as it could be. bathroom fixtures looked worn. toilet needs to be upgraded to tall height. water pressure in shower was wonderful. tub itself it showed signs of age with missing paint and caulk. carpet in the room was very dirty but color hides this well. breakfast was really well done. I would stay here again but feel the quality of the stay could be improved with some upgrades.

Everything was great!

The breakfast was good, the kids loved making their own waffles!! The hot food was also very good and the selection was plenty!! The staff was amazing and always friendly!! Highly recommend this Hampton. We had a king suite and it was absolutely huge. Plenty of room, pull out sofa, king-size bed plenty of mirrors and lots of space even for a blowup mattress if needed. The only thing I did not care for was the teeny tiny bathroom. You had to literally sit on the toilet to shut the door. Weird for such a large room, but no complaints, clean, quiet and comfortable. Mattresses could use some upgrading, not very comfortable, not for me anyway. Otherwise everything was perfect!!
