I didn't care for the breakfast options. I would have preferred scrambled eggs vs. bagel toppers that had a lot of bread. There were several types of yogurt, but all were very high in sugar.

Furniture looks like thrift store stuff . The bathroom had unfinished patches, wallpaper coming off and a floor tile replaced with broken cement. Drapes were ripped. The chair was stained and faded. In general not Hilton standards.

From the outside it looks like a new place but inside it is old. Just because you are in a small town it should not change the quality !

Uncomfortable beds. Weird yellow stuff that should've been cleaned off back of bathroom door (was not from us), but everything else was really clean. Nowhere to really sit comfortably.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and a young family with small kids arrived @2 am in the room directly above us... kids were running around, opening doors, and we never returned to full sleep after that. Two things: (1) families with small kids should be assigned to rooms on the ground floor to avoid that type of situation and (2) the quality of your building is not what it should be... requires more solid framing, sufficient to prevent conversations and physical movement to be heard from room to room. Thank you.

The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling with an ice bag around it. i didn’t notice it until time to sleep because you have to be looking up to notice. the room was clean so it’s clear the staff wasn’t aware until notified. Otherwise, it was a one overnight stay with a pleasant breakfast.

Accessible off interstate-10, ideal location for passing through. The room was quiet, did hear any noises and the beds are so comfortable.

After we checked out and headed on I realized I had left my diamond ring in our room. I called the Hampton and talked to Robert. Explained to him what I had done. He immediately went to our room and found my ring. He held it for me until we could get back. I can't tell you how much I appreciated his honesty. He should be recognized for that. Thank you Robert!!!

We requested the top floor and a room not facing the railroad tracks. We got an email stating that it was taken care of. But we ended up on the ground floor facing the railroad tracks.

I don't know if this is a problem with the hotels.com site or the hotel- but unbeknownst to me and my son, somehow the front desk was told we needed an "access" (aka handicapped access) room, which we don't, and did NOT ask for. Therefore, our first room assigned was such--not SUCH a big deal- it was HUGE- but very dark and dungeon-like, as the facade from the outside blocked the light from half the window, and was painted navy blue. We got a new room right away. Also, I was charged more than this site promised for the basic room rate- trying to fix that now. It is remote from the town, right off the highway, with no dining on or near site beside the complimentary breakfast as well...Also, this site for some reason could not reserve or process with my credit card of choice- kept rejecting my Discover card- I used it successfully at the desk once I arrived.

Hey, it's a Hampton Inn! They tend to be pretty consistent. The room I finally got (see below) was nice, spacious, clean, had a bathtub (as the hot tub was closed for covid), AND the fitness room was open..and nice! free fresh chocolate chip cookies were available all day, and they did their breakfast...the best they could with covid restrictions.

There was an attempt several days prior to the reservation to cancel it. Both of facility was called and Expedia was notified. We thought something was going to be resolved but apparently it was not.

Very loud room because of huge AC module right outside for a couple of rooms the window (although we turned ours off). Old carpets could be cleaned or replaced.

Had to stop for an overnight in Deming. Good parking. Outside area for breakfast although a bit hidden away - only noticed it while checking out.
