To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe room was not cleaned while staying did not remove trash or leave more coffee. I had to have the room keys reset every night when we returned to the hotel. We were there 3 nights two of them we had to have the card reprogrammed to get in the room. Breakfast only cereal or bagels. When we first got to the location there were police out front. Second morning we were awoken with someone pounding on door across from our room yelling for the person to get down stairs or they would be arrested. Two police officers in the hall. When we left later that morning there were 5 police cars out front. Homeless people in the parking lot asking for smokes or change.

Though we were able to get a different room when we were given a one double bed, even though there was two separate adults and expected two beds. So we were accommodated with that, and that was nice. unfortunately the area was trashed with garage and bums out back. I didn’t feel safe leaving my car outside. When we got there for some reason there were cops outside. It is in a very convenient location with a gas station in the same parking lot, and off I-25. No hot breakfast was accommodated, just danishes and fruit basically.

United States of AmericaThe over all cleanliness of the room. The room seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed before we arrived. The chair had VERY noticeable period/blood stain. The bathroom door would not close all the way in. We were only provided with one bath towel. Nobody came to make our room on any day that we stayed. There were sketchy people walking around the property.
I liked that the property was close to the highway and it was convenient for the purpose of my trip. The staff was fairly decent.

United States of AmericaBooked two room for overnight family stay with four people in each room, but each room only had 2 sets of towels. There were no pool towels also down by the pool. Room and building could use some attention. Rooms had stains on carpet, chairs and in tubs. Vent in one of the bathrooms was hanging off the ceiling. On top of it rooms were not ready when we arrived. Then finally they ran out of food for their breakfast the next morning. Whole building smelled a little off, could tell people had smoked pot in several of the rooms. That is a smell you just can't hide.
The staff was extremely friendly and nice.
