I found very annoying that you have to put the key to lock the door from the outside or slam it and make a lot of noise. Also, I read multiple reviews and the main reasons to choose this hotel was the breakfast. It did have variety of options only from 6-9am, but eggs are fake and tasteless and no bacon was offered just some bagel with bacon bits and sausage on occasions. It was not to my taste for the money I payed for 3 nights.

The location was wonderful. Close to everything, saved on gas. The beds are confortable, good pillows, nice size TV with free shows and movies, has coffee maker in the room. Ice machine outside the room. Pool area was nice and modern(didn’t use it). Nice and quiet area.

I got stucked in the elevator. Short of time serving the breakfast. Should it extend until 10:30 am.

I went to have breakfast and hanged the " do not disturb" sign and when I came back I took it out. They never came back to make my room =(

Breakfast was great as well as the coffee. I really dont expect much when "breakfast is included" but this one will make you feel the value for your money. Location was great as well with enough parking.

I have been coming to the same Hampton Inn for 15 years. They used to be small potato chip bags In the afternoons but not now. With the continued rate increase in the rooms I Am sure they can afford putting these for guests,

That Chocolate Chip Cookies are back in the evening And hard boiled eggs are back for breakfast. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very polite and attentive.

Bed were not really comfortable because materace are too soft.

The location is nice, close to restaurants or stores. Driving distance (5 min) to public beach where you can see a beautiful sunset. Very nice and clean swimming pool.

All of the following could’ve been fixed with a phone call, but still annoying a call was necessary. There were a lot of toiletries that were not kept up to date. The hand and shower soap bottles were empty when we got there (we called in and had them replaced). By the time two people used the shampoo, the bottle was running low as well. When I took out a tissue like 5 tissues came out at once and the box was empty which meant it was not a new box but set up to look like a new one. There was also only one roll of toilet paper which is odd for a hotel. There were also some small flaws to the room which would’ve been nice to see fixed like cleaning the vent in the bathroom.

The location was great for its value. The breakfast was also fresh and better than other hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable. The staff was all very friendly. Definitely coming back here when I visit Naples again!

Assist manager Cindy was AWESOME. Lost my house to Ian. Left my 🏠 prior to hitting, for other work being completed, stayed with my son for the prior weekend. Ian hit and we booked a one night stay here. Needed a 2nd night at the last minute, Cindy, was able to get us another night.

thought the property was older but we’ll maintained, it’s ready for investments in updates (especially for the price you are paying). I Would stay there again hands down!!

The bathrooms are clean and functional but VERY TINY! There is a small coffee counter area outside of the bathroom that could be used to increase the overall space.

The hotel is located in a well traveled area within easy access to downtown Naples, and other attractions. It is not a new hotel but is well maintained. The rooms are spacious enough with comfortable beds. A hot and cold breakfast was available each morning and the attendants were present keeping everything clean.The breakfast area was large enough to distance yourself from other guests. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel did a good job with COVID Protocols. The pool, which is on the side of the building, was open and clean. Some socially distanced tables and chairs were available It was too cold to swim during my stay.

The guys at the front desk at night made me feel bad for working overnight saying who works this time of night we’ll I do and obviously they did to I work for a huge fashion company we buy materials overseas and there’s a time difference so of course plenty of people work over night shifts just because people are up at night doesn’t mean they don’t work just as hard as day workers I felt hurt and slightly belittled they should train the staff not to be judgmental
