Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Close to the airport - we needed it just for one night for an early flight. The room was spacious, with coffee machine and air conditioner. They provide hygienic items.

United StatesHaving to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. was odd. Also, in one room, the refrigerator froze everything. It would have been helpful to know that the room charge, which was paid in full before we departed, would be removed in a few days from our card. I was quite shocked to see a pending charge after we got home. I called, was told a general manager would get back with me, none did. The night desk worker was able to figure it out and he was correct that the charge was removed in about a week. Customers should be informed.

United StatesTV channel guide would be helpful. The cable system in all of the North Carolina hotels were strange, so this is not a particular issue with this hotel.
This hotel is within a couple miles of the airport. There are a couple of close gas stations which makes it easy to fill up before returning a rental car.

United StatesThere is no reason why breakfast should still be a box. Hotels are using Covid as an excuse not to hire more staff and actually serve travelers a decent breakfast. Stayed at a Hampton inn a month ago and had a full warm breakfast buffet. No excuse. Had to go to the Waffle House next door and drop 50 dollars for family breakfast.
Beds at Hampton Inn are always comfortable. It was clean and staff were friendly.
