It smelled like bleach in my room and at night I smelled sewer coming from my sink. I close the sink stopper and put a towel over it.

Everything was great. No complaint

The staff was always so amazing and helpful. The place was very comfortable and kept Cham. Kudos to the cleaning lady who did 2nd floor. She was amazing. Smiled all the time and we could tell she put hard work and loved her job. The breakfast was very good.

I was denied to get complimentary water bottles because I had booked rooms from Booking.com but later I was given water bottles as a pity from Zulfiqar and tells me that it's not about the waterbottles and mentions the rate of the day showing us that we are dumb people and he's giving us the waterbottles just for the sake, that we dont know what pre Booking is. What kind of dumb people are you hiring who can't even offer proper front desk service? Such an arrogant person. It looks like if we use Booking.com, we get substandard service and facilities.

Breakfast was small and limited but for us it was perfect.

Location was perfect… Close to Rutgers , plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Try Toro Loco at the entrance…pretty cool Mexican restaurant! Hotel Also not extremely crowded and there was plenty of space and privacy in the lobby area. Also the place was very clean.

These are some minor inconveniences. They wouldn't stop me from staying here, but I would definitely consider them, if there would be a next time. **There wasn't a microwave in the room. I had to go down to the lobby area and use the microwave there. So, make sure your food is warm before you go back to your room....unfortunately, I didn't. So, I ate a 1/2 frozen 1/2 steaming hot breakfast sandwich in my room. **The back of the inside of the refrigerator was covered in a thick coat of ice. This prevented the refrigerator from working properly. The lady on duty said she would put a maintenance work order in for the next day (which was Saturday). And she allowed us to bring all our food/drinks down to be put in a refrigerator behind the front desk. Which was nice, but inconvenient. The next day (Saturday), we were told by the front desk that there was no maintenance staff on the weekend, and she offered to change our rooms. We were leaving on Sunday, so it didn't make sense to change rooms. I'm not sure why a hotel would not have a least 1 person for maintenance on the weekend. The hotel was very full. Maintenance is just as important as housekeeping. **The air conditioning return was right next to bed. It was very loud and windy for the lucky person on that side of the bed. I have never seen a system like this in a hotel. Maybe switching the room around so the bed is not next to the unit would be a good idea. **There is no ventalation fan in the bathroom. Which is an issue from when it was built. At least there are plenty of washcloths and towels to wiped down the mirror. **The breakfast was good for people who have no dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, food intolerances are becoming more common and having things (even just a couple items) would be appreciated.

Overall, the hotel was really nice. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Its off a main road, so there is some traffic noise (which isn't a complaint....just an observation). The staff were very nice. The breakfast is a typical, hotel, continental breakfast that is perfect for everyone that doesn't have dietary restrictions.
