Everything was wonderful...Except, I paid online through booking.com, and check in clerk said I had not paid and charged me again. Then I had to go through the hassle of getting refund.

Their was no ac in the hall ways....Super stuffy.The staff said the acs were broken down on the roof.

The only thing we didn't like was the shower, we stay here twice a year, this was the first time the water barely came out and the whole time it was running it whined. Other than that it was exceptional as usual.

The location was perfect and having a hot breakfast before we left each day was great.

they charged me twice because I paid on the booking site before I entered and used my rewards for a 100.00 discount. when I got in the building she charged my card 200.00 dollars for the room(full price) checked my account and the charge never came off. I’m very disappointed about that.

The room was clean and while the breakfast aas par to free breakfast at a hotel, it was good. The staff was very polite and friendly. I only wish that the heavier, decorative curtains could have been closed to hide the light from the parking lot coming in through the window.

I checked in through the app before I even left home - I had a late start and would have gotten in very late. Checking in, using the app as my keycard and checking out via the app were quick and super convenient.

No vending machines. Had snack area but it. Was so expensive.

We had to wait over an hour for our room. We saw may customers come up and get a room quickly. We went up to the front desk and asked 2 different clerks at two different times what the delay was- the reply was just not ready yet from both of them. Finally when my husband inquired why other guests were getting their room sooner - the clerk said it takes longer for a hearing impaired room. We never requested that. I realize that it was booking.coms error but if the clerk would have mentioned that initially…..We could have corrected the problem right away. The last thing that you want to do after 6 hours in the car is wait in a lobby over an hour for your room.

Bed uncomfortable. The free breakfast food was of poor quality. Dining room seating too small, and forced to sit at communal table while trying to observe social distancing. There were two elevators and only one was working.

at breakfast, few guests cleaned up after themselves. The person refreshing the food could have cleaned tables, sprayed them for Covid and other germs, and prepared them for other guests. we ate at 9:00. breakfast ended at 10 and no effort to clean were observed. During this time, I believe we must be diligent in keeping common areas cleaned!

I liked the comfort of the bed. the shower had a grab bar and towels were accessible. I appreciated the shelf for the soap and a separate shelf for shampoo, etc.! Breakfast was ok. favorite was western omelettes. coffee bar was awesome. I also love the Mexican restaurant next door. I called the hotel and was told the close early, around 7. We took a chance and we’re thrilled to find the restaurant filled and ready to accept more customers. Joining with this restaurant would benefit both businesses.

We never like the fact that hotels raise the prices when there is an event going on.

We really liked that it was pet friendly since we were traveling with a terminally ill pet and close to the proximity of what we were doing.

Noise from I-75 outside our window that was on east side of bldg. There was constant noise from trucks on the highway since our room faced the interstate.

Our room did have a loud A/C unit that needs an adjustment,i.e a screw frame loose or something small..but cooling was excellent

The room was spacious and clean and strong shower stream. The breakfast set up was more than expected. The waffle machine can make small or large waffles. The egg sandwich was very good and a breakfast meat of sausage was good. The coffee offerings are top notch and the atmosphere to dine in was very good. Bagels, cereals, juices were ample in this offering. Walking to Waffle house, McDonalds and Popeyes was a nice convenience feature too . We left continuing our journey fully fed with a fresh to go cup of Joe. Definitely would come back.

No social distancing in place at breakfast. People were crowded next to each other when enjoying the self service area. Made me feel uncomfortable when getting my food.

Next to interstate 10 but our room was still quiet at night. Smaller property and older but very clean. Nice breakfast.

A little too close to the highway, from a noise standpoint.

Location worked for our needs, we gave the breakfast an 8.5/10.
