The lighting in the room wasn't very good. The staff at the front desk weren't especially friendly when I arrived late at night, but still helpful.

The building was pretty and in a good location. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and available to support.

always stay in the hotel when I go to Providence to visit my daughter, who is attending school there. great location. Brown and RISD are within 5-10 min walking distance. other downtown attractions are also within walking distance. the king studio room is charming and well-appointed. the breakfast is a convenient service in the morning.

We went to this hotel for the first time and the person that checked us in wasn't friendly. The worse part was that she handed us the room card without directing us which way we were suppose to walk to find our room. I hope she does better next time..

The hotel was in a good and decent location, really easy to get there and spent the rest of the night in a comfortable place. We love it.

Room had view of parking garage with lights on all night. Drapes were decorative and did not close to block night light from coming into the room. :(

The staff of the hotel is wonderful. The location is great. Downtown area is within walking distance; hotel also offers transportation. Breakfast was included and excellent.

The window coverings were too sheer to block outside light and the partial curtains didn’t close. The bedroom was filled with fluorescent light from the parking garage next door.

The downtown location was convenient, the suite was spacious, the facilities were well maintained, and the breakfast was above average. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Missed having a microwave and fridge in my room like I get in other hotels. A mini fridge would have been a nice touch. While breakfast was nice, a few more lower carb options would have been appreciated.

We went for a short walk two hours before check-out; we did not check out or return the keys. When we came back to our hotel room, we discovered that it was already prepared for new guests; all our belongings were taken from the room and returned to us in a trash bag.

The only things that were turn offs for me was lack of fridge and microwave inside the rooms and lack of African Americans in front desk. Correction, there was one African American male at the front desk and more importantly, I wasn`t aware there was a $100 fee for potential damage to hotel room. That should be listed visibly before registration. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

I was there 4 a Symposium on mass incarceration held at Brown University. I appreciated the breakfast, shuttle to and from the University and the hot chocolate. The security was awesome.

Check in is 4pm which is later than most hotels, but check out was 12pm so it evens out.

Great location downtown Providence and it was pretty much the cheapest room in the area. Furniture was a big old, but everything was spot clean, big bathroom, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast was simple but functional. It was serve 6-10am which was great. Stored my bag before checkin and after checkout. Staff was really friendly.
