Had some damaged blinds all around the house, no ceiling fan, no pots n pans and one room had no light at all

Although our stay was nice, our accommodation were in need of some maintenance and repairs: 1. The blind panels where missing and cut short at different lengths downstairs and in the bedrooms. 2. The microwave did not work, it could not warm up a cup of water. 3. The air-conditioned filter needs replacement it was very dirty. 4. There were many tv remote controls for tv and cable box , put no instruction on how to use them.

Good location, quiet, there was a pool with sitting area, a children's covered play ground and we were near stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Brandon was awesome. The prior reservation I had double booked two families, and he took care of us within 15 mins and had me and my kids some place to stay. That meant alot to me because we were 6 hours away from home.

The townhome needed some TLC such as caulking around the tubs and showers. We also had some issues with the dishwasher.

Our stay was an excellent value. The townhome offered great amenities. We enjoyed the playgrounds and the pool area is nice.

The crackling tub. Patio furniture needs replacing. Didn't like there was no extra trash bags, rags, etc. They did bring few extra towels.once called. But it was only 1 rag per bathroom, and it was 4 of us.

Like the quietness and gated of the community. Didn't experience the pool. The location was good. Close to everything we wanted except Volcano Bay. It was about 30 to 40 mins. It is in Kissimmee, though, and most parks are over by international drive. We did everything there except Volcano Bay, so it wasn't bad. Need sheets/ blankets available for pull out, but we didn't use it. I didn't like the cracking noise of the tub. It was very clean, and the few issues, Brandon was contacted, and he took care of it quickly.. I didn't have many bad issues except the downstairs toilet issue. He did send someone right away to try take care of. Overall, it was good stay with minor issues. It can use a little upgrading, though.. Overall it was ok we were gone majority of the time.

Ants! There were dead ones upon entering and more began coming in. Bug sprayed was sprayed the next morning but it provided a minimal difference .

Blinds in the master bedroom and in the living area downstairs were missing. It was uncomfortable being in those areas with no curtains. I'm pretty sure the condition existed before!

The cable went out and the ac went out a couple times . Also no wifi but the host provided us with a hot spot box in the mean time which was great. The kitchen could be more equipped, no pizza cutter/baking sheets. No oven mitts. Limited kitchen tools but had lots of glassware and tableware . Would be great if we were provided garbage bags and extra toilet paper. We had to purchase toilet paper for our stay (11 days).

The place was very clean and smelled really clean as well. How spacious it is . The quiet community and the pool was great !

Unfortunately, the pool across from the townhouse was closed for repairs. While there was another pool on the property, it wasn't as convenient and was often over crowded.

The villa was really clean and in a nice gated community, was a good size property. I slept well there.

The kitchen was well equipped but maybe a little short on pots and pans. These were limited (one large saucepan and a tiny frying pan). However we managed to adapt. The other great facilities more than made up for this. There were a couple of minor cleaning oversights when we arrived but these were easily rectified by myself.

We booked very last minute, but the owner was communicative and friendly and we were able to continue our holiday without fuss. We were very happy with the house. It was comfortable and the facilities were really good, which we took full advantage of. There was a patio with chairs outside and a lovely balcony for restful early evenings in the sunshine.

I got there at 3pm and had to wait til almost 4pm to go in the townhouse cause they was not done cleaning.

The Bed was super hard .. but It was a king bed had great pillows and it’s just a personal preference to have a softer bed some may love the hardness it still let me get a good nights rest though .

The place is starting to show its age. I am hoping that since HapiMag sold it, the new owners will keep it up. The furniture is starting to show its age and the dryer was quite anemic and either needed a good cleaning or new heating element.

We have stayed here since it was owned by HapiMag. We like the location. It is near enough to the parks and close to shopping. The pool is great, although it was a little too cold for us while we were there.

The townhouse was clean, BUT we had an issue with ANTS bad so we had to make sure everything was keep put up and and they was ALSO in our bathrooms. The guess restroom up stairs we had to keep it plunger the water was going out slow in the toilet. And the unit could use some new blinds. I know you guys are just getting the property but it could use some upgrades with the furniture. Thank you I’ve been coming to this property for many years.
