For some reason the water shot out of the sink faucet a few times - which soaked me and the room. The usb plugs on the side of he night stand did not work

The parking is expensive when you leave out we went out to get food ,and had to pay 15$ to leave out every time because the restaurants are expensive. I didn't know the hotel wasn't on the boardwalk.

There was what looked like a blood stain to the end of the top sheet on the bed closer to the entrance. The shower water is not powerful enough. There was no body soap in the shower. No creamer or sugar in the room for coffee. There are no non-smokibg areas in the casino. The smoke was all over. I lost over $200 in the machines very fast, although they were dimes.

The room was spacious. The elevators were fast. The staff were friendly. Service was timely. The food at McCormick was good. I won $500.

Not a fan of the slot selection as well as having to pay $10 to use the pool where I’m already paying to stay. It was a very nice pool but I didn’t like that it was an extra cost on top of a pricy hotel room.

The waterfront renovated rooms were very clean and comfy. Dining selection was good and the pool was very nice!

The hotel elevator was dirty all day with spilled food. I didn't like that there was only 1 valet when I came in to park at 9:30 at night and was told I was in a "high end" hotel. The "high end" hotels that I have stayed in have a few valets working and it is a much easier and smooth check in. Also I made numerous requests to be placed near a group of friends and we were spread throughout the hotel.

I liked the room and proximity to the convention floor.

I don’t like that the pool is only open seasonal so my son and I don’t get to enjoy the pool because it’s only for 21 and over . I’m over 21 but I didn’t feel right enjoying the pool without my child that’ was the highlight to our trip . Only other thing I didn’t like was it wasn’t enough food selections to choose from if your a picky eater.

I liked everything about the property. The rooms were clean the beds were super comfortable and the rooms were spacious . The cafe downstairs was awesome I loved genie fountain Pepsi and their cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches were delicious!

The room was joined with other room divided by door and neighbors sounded like they were in the same room as me, uncomfortable situation.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from next door and likely from down the hall too. For the rates they charge, they should be maintaining the rooms much better. We shouldn't see any rust on the bathroom fixtures or on any of the rooms fixtures or furnishings, at all, the toilet paper holder should be installed firmly on the wall as opposed to be hanging from a thread by one screw because the other screw gave out, the toilet tank cover should be the correct size and not one size too small, barely sitting on the tank.

Check in process was TERRIBLE!!! I was sent a link to check in that didn’t work. Stood in line for the kiosk only to tell me my room wasn’t ready and I would be emailed. Never got an email. Stood in another 40 min line to check in at the desk only to find out housekeeping never released my room. I finally got the email that my room was ready 2 days after I checked out! Food was INCREDIBLY overpriced. $60 for 2 cheeseburgers is insane.

not a smoking room but there absolutely was a faint smell of smoke in the room. The decore is dated and needs to be updated. lighting was not good in both the bathroom and bedroom areas.

There were lots of loud obnoxious kids running around the casino for a cheerleaders competition. The parents in the adjacent room were so loud and didn't stop yelling until 11:35pm. Kids don't belong running around a casino. More rules should be in place to keep them outside of the floor and from running through the restaurants.
