Both bathroom faucet handles leaked when turned on. Had to keep wash cloth wrapped around them or they flooded the countertop. Shower drain was very slow. Mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Curtains were torn.

Location was good. Parking was good.

I had paid for an upgraded room and when I checked in there was a long slow moving line so I decided to to do self check in. Once I got to the room I realized I was assigned the standard room so had to go downstairs and wait in line to get the room I reserved. The property is lacking maintenance and the elevators are being replaced slowly but the old ones are sad to see. There are better properties in Laughlin, much cleaner and functional and I probable won't stay there again. No dresser in the room and where one is usually located there was an old small refrigerator in middle of the floor. The pillows were less than average .

The location but the property is in need of major overhaul.

The "Non Smoking" area of the casino had many smokers in it and the staff didn't seem interested in enforcing the non-smoking policy. That made breathing uncomfortable and only allowed us to stay in that area for short periods of time.

Didn't get the View I thought I made reservations for. You go for the New Years Eve Calibration and NO FIRE WORKS! But this is what was the most unbelievable, not one employee knew or gave us the right info on the amenities we inquired about. (Ex: Asked if the pool/jacuzzi was open. Answer: No) (We go out to the pool area to get some fresh air and there are people lying around pool and in the jacuzzi.) Oh there was one employee who was able to help us and gave use good info, the valet!

Parking was nice and easy. Casino was clean and well organized. New Year festivities at Midnight was fun.

The windows were so dirty you could not really see the "view". The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the faucet was leaking water all over the counter and floor. on the last night and morning we had no hot water. The blow dryer was broken and smelled liked burning wire.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

Bus started up at 6.00 in morning with back up bell dinging.Desk said too bad.She said sometimes they back up at 4:30 in morning.Room bed and floor clean,bathroom clean.Top of T.V. cabinet dirty,dirty,had a new years hat on top.Crown was showing above rim of cabinet.I picked it up,full of dust hanging off of it.

The casino was very nice.The machines were not paying out anything-8 strokes of button -no hits.Went to riverside,gold nugget,ect.

Maintenance was poor. Wallpaper peeling off the wall on our room. 3 drawer knobs missing from our dresser. Marks of some kind on the shower curtain. One of the elevators was scary - panels partially open, made strange screechy sounds.

Coffee and service at the center bar was good. Video poker and slot machines were all in good working order. The river and Arizona views were beautiful. Front desk folks were kind and helpful. Price was good

No refrigerator. Rooms needs updating, feels old and well used. Elevator was creaky and had seen better days. Was a bit scary.

The grout in the shower needs to be replaced, walls need to be painted to cover up different patches over the stucco, and the ceiling tiles need replaced that show water damage. The wire frame beds need to be updated because we felt like we were going to roll out of the bed.

Seemed dingy, not well maintained; like focus on profit not upkeep - not like the Harrahs in south lake Tahoe I remember from the 1970’s or 1990’s. Also burger at smash burger was worse than McDonalds… and 3x the price…

The heater in the room didn’t work and we happened to be there on the coldest night. The sink inside the bathroom doesn’t drain well so it would collect water when I was using it

Room: No microwave oven. General updating needed, particularly the furniture and torn drapes. The non-smoking casino section wasn't separate enough. Gaming table rates too high.
