The room was very small, even for a solo traveler like myself. If I was carrying light gear, that is one thing, but I did bring quite a bit of luggage, including my tennis and pickleball gear - due to the size of the room, there was no shelf or cabinet to store anything. The bed mattress was a bit too hard, so very hard to rest. No safe to store any valuables, unlike other hotels.

The location was right next to the broadwalk and the beach, so it was perfect location for me to get to the SunFest event. The front desk service was excellent and friendly, and were very accomodating when I asked to extend my stay for a day. Shower and bath was really nice.

I was on the 5th floor and couldn't get hot water in shower. First night was freezing, The staff said to let it run a few minutes that it takes time to go to 5th floor. I left it run for 5 to 10 minutes and it was just leak warm so quick showers. Couldn't wait to go home for a hot shower. I've stayed here several times before on the 2nd & 3rd floors and had no problem.

The cleaning staff was great, clean towels everyday without asking. They were very friendly and efficient. I liked the porch with chairs to sit on and look out at the ocean.

Badly needs renovation. We had to wait like 45 min to check in because they couldn’t open the jammed door of the room and other rooms were not ready. Location is amazing, yes. But it’s time to invest some money into property, it’s really outdated…

We were there for a car event and every day there yard boy blew leaves and mulch all over everyones cars.

When we got to our floor there were fans throughout the hall crowding the hall like they just had water damage to the floor and were taking care of it. The room was damp and smelled of mold. The pictures online were not representative of what you got.

The staff was very friendly and moved us to another floor without hesitation due to mold and dampness issues in our room. The porch overlooking the beach was a great space and decently close to festivities.

The coffee in the lobby was not great, the hotel is older but cannot fault a little wear and tear.

We were there for a music festival. The location on the boardwalk was great. We liked our room, it was a king size bed, mini fridge, and bathroom with shower/tub. Housekeeping was very helpful throughout our stay. Parking was full on site but overflow was only about a block away.

Very small bathroom, no vanity, sink had no stopper (don’t drop anything or gone), no hot water, only stayed 2 nights so lived with problem, and when I checked out clerk said maybe you have to let it run, and didn’t seem to care.

Around 5:20 am the trash truck picking up the big trash container, super noisy and very loud, a sound like an explosion. I think at that time is unacceptable. I had my windows close with the AC and still the sounds was very disturbing.

The location! time to get to the beach was the time from the elevator to the hotel's porch. Love the seating in that area, the restaurant that it's in the hotel is excellent, highly recommend it! Da Vinci's by the Sea. I did not have any issue with the parking maybe because was low season. Love that the hotel is kind of small compared with the big ones around, so to me was a good fit.

The bedding was thin, and there were no extra blankets in the room, so it was chilly.

The shower in our room was very small. The front desk personnel throughout the weekend were kind of unfriendly at times. I do not believe the cleaning staff visited our room much. On the day of check out, a staff member came to our room and wanted to look for a leak in our bathroom, because the room below us was taking in water. I hope they were able to fix that.

The pool was nice, although very cold, but that was okay. I wish it was a little cleaner. The front area of the hotel, right on the boardwalk with chairs to relax in every morning and evening!
