Reception staff needs to practice more on their customer service. They did not make me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in, at least from my experience. For example, on my last day there I sat at the bar to order a Mimosa and waited around 10-15 minutes, and no one even bother to inform me that the bar was closed. The 2 people from the reception area saw me sitting there. I had to get up and ask if anyone was at the bar and that's when they informed me that the bar was closed and not available at that time.

Manager was so professional and courteous, he made me feel so welcomed. Bar & restaurant staff were super friendly as well, made my stay a lot brighter.

The facility was built many years ago, there is not a good noise isolation between rooms (can hear everything from the next door:)).

Location is excellent - beautiful view from the room on vinery. Service is very good, staff helpful and friendly.

The restaurant was not quite what we expected in Napa Valley. The dishes were unlike what we had at restaurants in Napa. The bar service was excellent.

The location was great - particularly the red woods. The Inn was very accessible from the highway and parking was very good. The room was very spacious, and the terrace overlooked the vineyards. The shower was very powerful - like a massage. Coffee stand was great with half and half and good tea. The staff was extremely helpful.

Our first room was dark and had no view. We asked to change rooms and they accommodated to a much better room but was a little more expensive.

Food and service quite good for breakfast. Dinner service was choppy - we had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time and service was a little slow.

Very pricy (probably true for the whole Napa valley)

The room was super romantic and really big! The fact that many rooms have vineyards view is great, and the less privileged rooms can still enjoy the day on a hotel terrace facing the vineyards.

Lovely secluded suite, with views of the mountains and vineyard. I had a short stay and didn't get to enjoy all the facilities but will definitely be back.

Staff were wonderful, we had a great room overlooking the vineyard. Adult pool was extremely quiet and relaxing. Dinner at the Harvest Table was delicious. The Hotel staff went out of their way to make our wedding anniversary special by treating us to a glass of bubbly at dinner and a bottle of bubbly in our room. Yes we would stay there again!

Complementary and upgraded wine tasting at nearby wineries with shuttle service - all can be booked with the reception. The houses and garden were beautiful and the staff were helpful. Would be happy to stay here again.
