Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaOur room was very dirty and stinky! The moment we entered it smelled like someone had smoked in there and my asthmatic daughter had to spray it to be able to tolerate the room. Went to inform receptionist who told me the rooms are all smoked free well someone didn’t get that memo. I very much regretted not driving morning of my kid’s dance competition at least will breath clean air. Our carpets and wallls had stains all over some look like burn stains others maybe paint not sure. It’s the dirtiest room floor we ever stayed in our travels.
The receptionist and staff at restaurant were nice. Location and directions and parking were all great.

United States of AmericaSmelly with both stale air and old smoke odior.
Comfortable bed and clean appearing bathroom. Nice bar and restaurant on the premises. We had a two day stay and maid service was efficient. The place is dated and needs a handy man and a better air filtration system. (Smoky and stuffy). Having said that, it was a good night’s sleep in a good roadside location.

United States of AmericaExpecting travelers to stay on the 2nd and 3rd floors with no access to an elevator seems ridiculous. I can’t be the only 70 year old to think that information should have been given when booking: “You’ll have to get to the third floor with all your luggage with no elevator, no baggage cart and no porter assistance.” Also, there is no temperature control in the room. The room temp was 80 degrees. There is no option for turning on the air. The heater fan can be turned to “low” but cannot be turned off. I had to force the window open in 30 degree weather in March just to get to a reasonable room temp at night.
It’s in an easy location for visiting my son’s family. The size of the room is good and I like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

United States of America. Ok...I don't usually leave reviews but I will for future travelers in this case. This hotel was the only option left in the area at any reasonable price. We went to Gillette Stadium to see sold out Garth Brooks concert and area hotels took full advantage of that. I get it. This hotel is BASIC. There is no pool and although their website still advertises a "continental breakfast" there isn't so much as coffee in the lobby. The restaurant told us they use to be open early but no more. The room was clean....no extras...basic toiletries...basic...they need to fix the running toilet and beds were rather lumpy. The rate for this hotel without that event is much more inline with what you get. So all in all it was adequate and convenient to travel.
The restaurant in this Ramada was fabulous. We got in early so had a dinner for lunch waiting to check in. Food and service was exceptional.
