Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe elevators are a major concern. 3 out of the four elevators were working. One of the 3 was very questionable. We wouldn’t use it after the first trip up. And a lot of the other guests wouldn’t use it either. The wait for the elevators was a joke. After 10 minutes we used the stairs. We were on the 10 th floor.
The rooms were fine. The workers outside getting cars in and out were great. The guys helping with getting bags were great. The desk help not so much. They were just rude and seemed tired of waiting on people.

I like the location. The restaurants were all great except for the breakfast buffet. That was a disappointment. All you can eat is not beneficial to my family. I would prefer to order from a menu.

The water pressure was great, the view was beautiful, and early check-in was amazing, great amenities, and the valet was very efficient, the location was perfect for the event we were in town for, and we loved the easy access to the beach and boardwalk.

United StatesEverything was very expensive which is understood as a Hilton stay, but self parking yourself for $30+ a night not on property but in the lot across the street with a very long crosswalk light and unsafe intersection to begin with was pretty ridiculous to start. Valet is available but filled up very quickly. The room fee hold is expected but $75 a night. WiFi is not included free with your stay which is crazy to me. They push being a Hilton member to receive benefits but shouldn’t be required for something as little as wifi. It’s the Hilton!
Beach property was very nice and easy to access from multiple points. The hotel is very beautiful and very big. Our room was spacious and clean

United StatesAlmost nonexistent balcony. It was extremely loud in the middle of the night. The noise woke us up several times during the night. Unable to get wi-fi unless we joined the membership. Shouldn’t have to pay extra for parking at those prices. The check in and check out was very chaotic, but sure how that could be fixed.
The view was beautiful. The staff was very nice.
