The pool was a bit small but not terrible. We are a family of 5 and there were 3 other kids in the pool with all of us so it got a little tight. But nonetheless, we still had a good time swimming in December!

We traveled as a family to buy a new car and needed a place to sleep before our long trip back home. The property was conveniently located near the interstate and extremely close to restaurants and stores. There was a pool which my kids were so happy about and the hotel was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas.

. Only downside was the clock alarm went off at 6:00 am from previous guest and had not been turned off. Was difficult to get back to sleep.

The breakfast could have been included.

The breakfast was very good, but for the price of the room, it should have been included like it is at the Hampton Inns and other Hilton Garden Inn locations.

The room smelled musty, probably due to old carpet. Bath tub was rusty and needs fixing. The room needed better lighting.

Location to shops and convention center. Staff was pleasant.

Parking in the evening isn’t monitored as we were lead to believe, and someone parking a U-Haul taking up 6 spots. We had to park in the very back which isn’t safe for two women traveling. The nice gentleman at the front desk seemed uneasy about it as well but said that there was nothing that they could do. for the safety of guests, parking needs to be monitored.

great atmosphere, wonderful staff, the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve encountered. Nice, clean pool. The water pressure is excellent and the water stays consistently hot.

The bathroom had mold in it. The self serve market didn’t have prices on all items.

The location was good. Near the highway and other eateries.

I had to pull the door to close it all the the way, the bathroom sink water moved slow out of the sink need to beds.

Could tell the place is dated. The bathrooms need an exhaust vent badly! The steam has rusted all metal items in the bathroom. There is probably some mold behind some items as a result. It made our bathing experiences not as pleasant as they could be. Taking showers back to back after someone had gone in front of everyone made it too stuffy, clothes were damp from all of the steam, and fixtures were dripping water.

The area was descent. I like that there were several restaurants in the area to choose from. I like that this hotel had enough beds for my larger than average sized family. Wasn't a horrible stay.

We enjoyed our one night stay, though very disappointed in the morning they didn’t have a breakfast included in the price for the room. The answer was we have to pay for it without even asking if we are Hilton Honors members or not! After we checked out another customer told us the breakfast is free for Hilton Honors members! Being new to this unfortunately we believed what we were told.

I booked using a third party agent and I think I was overcharged.

The hotel was very clean and pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near everything or a short distance drive to everything else. The hotel parking lot and outside was very clean and safe. Breakfast was served but you have to pay lol still convenient. There were snacks available in the pantry. The overall stay was great and the staff was extremely nice and friendly very accommodating.

There was no fans in the room, smelled a little humid/muggy when you open the door, nothing a little air freshener cannot handle. Only sports channels on the TV in our room.

I loved the Neutrogena products in the rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast variety!

I had a hard time getting breakfast even when I showed the worker my reservation on my ohone stating breakfast is included. In her record it wasnt included. Also when I left my card was charged more money in addition to the hold fee for damages (which was later released). But I was charged an extra $28. Im assuming they charged me anyway for breakfast. I would not return. Also the wood floors in the living room part of the room were warped/damaged. Looked weird.

The room had a damp, musty odor. We switched to another room that was better, but still had that smell, just not as strong.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was excellent. Great television channels and comfortable bed.
