I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of its location, rating and the fact that it had an onsite restaurant (Jae's). I thought the restaurant should have offered more basic food choices, it was more Asian focused, but ate there for dinner and breakfast and found both meals very good.

There were no usb outlets available anywhere in the hotel for charging my phone. This was a great inconvenience. All other hotels regardless of their level have US outlets.

No ventilation in the bathroom

The location! It’s about 9 minutes to the attraction. And the staff : Elizabeth and Nicki were the best! They’re very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to complain about. We had a great time.

The best part was the location, and the view. The Hilton is one of our favorite Hotels. The hotel itself was built beautifully. The restaurant is stylish, just a bit expensive. Really, the King bedroom was spacious, and comfortable. Great Time!!

There was no information in the room regarding when the pool was open when the restaurant was open how to call for room service which stated on the website it had from the restaurant, but again there was no information in the room, and none of this information was given at check-in

No couch or second chair in very large room no place for more than one person to sit. Shower was accessible but fixtures were not positioned well, bathtub very slippery and shower curtain could not stop water from going on floor due to bench for accessibility. No couch was big issue, all pictures of room showed a couch.

Pool was a bit cold and could've been a bit cleaner (there was some green on the tiles). But it was definitely swimmable and maybe the cold temperature was a reason the pool was never crowded.

Comfortable hotel with clean rooms and convenient location. Loved having Guidos organic market just down the hill from the hotel - we were able to get sandwiches and even vegan pizza from the market so we didn't have to eat every meal out.

breakfast was not included. wish the coffee was complimentary all day -- I think I stayed at a similar property and there was complimentary coffee all day at the very least. The main restaurant's entrees (Jae's) was a bit pricey overall, and the kid options were iffy and not very healthy (my son ordered cheeseburger sliders, but they came with shredded carrot and radish salad with greens (not a typical salad) instead of an actual cooked vegetable dishj (which my son would have ate). Also that cost 19.99$, 3/4 of the bento box went uneaten. I wanted grilled salmon for my child, which my son would have eaten, but that was not an option for the kid's menu. There was a main dish on the menu with salmon options (salmon teriyaki bento, i think) but that would have cost $24.95. My son ended up sharing the Thai Drunken Noodle with me (which was $17.95 and I didn't mind that, but I totally wasted the money on the kids menu). There was also listings of bento boxes on the menu (like spicy pork) that sounded delicious but they were only available for lunch =/ anyway, im aware ppl can have differing opinions about what's good on a menu or not..this can be solved by eating elsewhere other than the hotel. But we had decided to eat a bit late... and was not sure if any other places were open at the time.

Location was great to Jiminy Peak, along with another ski resort that was 5 minutes away. Loved the room with the king sized bed, nonsmoking floors. Complimentary coffee during breakfast hours, the pool and hot tub were clean, customer service was great, check-in and check-out were quick =) Complimentary wifi and outdoor parking.

The whole hotel was very nice and our room was especially great. It was so spacious, even the bathroom, which was well appointed and conveniently set up. We ate at Jae's on our second night and the food was great. It was especially nice not to have to leave the hotel for dinner as the weather was cold and rainy that evening. I would love to stay here again to check out even more of the Berkshires on another trip!
