To begin with I couldn't get anyone to answer me about early arrival, I emailed 3 times no response. When i called they said I had to go through booking.com and even them said I had to wait for Hilton to respond, 4 pm check in is pretty late if ur there 1 or 2 nights. Another thing worth mentioning is that I was left our of the building completely because key given did not work, only 1 worked and I had to walk all the way around the perimeter of the building while it was raining, I was very upset about that.

The room was kind of dark. Not enough lighting. The bathroom does not have enough hooks for hanging clothing or towels. It’s a bit noisy. We can hear steps and activity from the floor above us and from outside our room.

It would have been nice to have know we have to pay an extra $18 a day for parking. I also do not think it is right to be charged for parking when we already paid a lot of money to stay there.

All the extra accommodations i/e the pool facilities and gym. They were very nice and clean.

Was hoping there would be an alternative gym while the main was under construction

Parking was difficult, due to construction and the hotel was full. However, we did manage ro secure a spot. Breakfast was delicious, the staff in the restaurant was very nice and were attentive!

I chose the hotel because it had a gym. While there was detail about building work when I booked, it didn’t imply that the gym would be closed. This was disappointing. Area around pool was very dusty and would have benefited from being hosed down.

Room was comfortable. It’s about a 20 min walk in to town. This was fine for us but if you’re not someone who walks regularly, this may be an issue.

Our waiter in the restaurant. We were given a complimentary breakfast however he made us feel like we were stealing it..we didn’t go back but wouldn’t put us off returning..it was one person, everybody else was great.

Room was a good size considering it had 2 Queen beds in it. Great gym, pool and spa, even a fire pit at the night time There was also a vending machine where you could purchase a microwave meal.

The rooms and furnishings feel dated. Linens were rough. Breakfast is expensive for what you get.

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were a good size and reasonably quiet. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

our room had 3 huge spiders. I was ready to ask to change rooms but it was late. also, being in room 201, there was so much noise from upstairs and over the driveway.

We didn't like that we had to pay for parking every single day! It was $17 per day. I think that fee was expensive! It should have been free or lower than $10.

We love how we were close to everything such as Fisherman's Wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium, etc. The housekeeping did an excellent job on restocking items we needed everyday!

ADA compliance with ramps etc seemed to show the hotel was older. The mattress was too firm/hard.
