Our room was poor, in terms of the window, which looked out onto a metal barrier, so we had no view whatsoever other than bare metal, very disappointing from that point of view

Not as close to SnowBird ski resort as I thought.

The location of the hotel was great --lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean and average size. The front desk staff was excellent -- easy check in, no wait and provided valuable information about the area, hot tub, breakfast and parking.

I was surprised when I got a bill for breakfast. The self serve style with limited staff made it appear like a perk of staying at the hotel. The breakfast was a step above a standard continental breakfast but it was not anywhere near worth the $15 per plate price.... Especially after we spent $220 on a basic room.

I has no keys so I didn't dare leave to go out because I had to be escorted to my room since we had no keys. There were keys placed under the door but they didn't bring it till hours later 2am.

Bed was a bit hard. Not a great night's sleep.

Hot cooked-to-order breakfast was a nice bonus. Within walking distance to 25th St. where great boutiques and restaurants can be found. We were there during the Christmas parade and tree lighting. Great treat!

Although the breakfast was very good, we were surprised that it was not included with the price of the room. In addition, our room was very clean but the carpets in the hallway appeared to be quite dirty and even uneven in places (3rd floor).

The staff was very helpful. My husband had to send a fax at 11:00 at night and he was able to do that with the help of the front desk staff person.

The wallpaper in the bathroom in my room could use some attention and the carpeting in the hallways had several wrinkles in many areas. Not only did it look bad it is a tripping hazard.

The staff was excellent. From the front desk to the room attendants as well as the staff in the eating area. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

We ate at the grill for Breakfast, the food was not warm. It took a long time for them to get it out to us and then my husband gravy was cold and so was my eggs. the cost was outrageous.

The room was very clean and ready when we got there. The air conditioner was on when we entered the room and it was the perfect temp.

Our first night we arrived late and were very tired from having driven 14 hours. Our assigned room faced the main street. It being Saturday night, July 3 no less, there was loud traffic audible through our closed window that kept us awake. Plus there was something wrong with the A/C that caused it to loudly rattle. Plus the previous room occupant had left the alarm set to 6 am which jarred us awake rudely. We asked to be given a different room which was accomodated. Our new room was on the quiet side of the hotel and the A/C was silent. What a relief. Also, an EV charger would be a welcome addition.

Liked the convenience of on-site restaurant with decent food available to order for pick-up or dine-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our king-size bed was comfortable.

No AC in the room, phone did not work. No staff at the front desk to talk to on three different occasions while waiting at least five to ten minutes each time.
