One of the elevators were down for maintenance

Room 410 heater was loud. Woke up every time it came on. Room 402 had a bubble on the ceiling where it looked like there was a leak. Pool temp 69.8 and 70.1 was to cold. Hope you get the elevator fixed soon

The pool was not heated. The area was cold. No heat blowing inside. People look forward to that in the winter months & that was a huge disappointment. My kids expected to have a good time at the pool. Especially for their bday weekend. Please do better with the pool area. & it was not cleaned inside the pool. Very bad experience with the indoor pool. Only 1 elevator was working. They did give away complimentary waters & snacks due to that inconvenience.

I loved the check-in process, Shawntea was amazing from check-in to check out!. She was pleasant and professional and had everything ready for my family to have a great experience. The Lagers restaurant was nice & live music. The hotel is in the perfect location near stores. Right on the beach. The buffet was delicious. Reese was a great server for our breakfast. We will return in the warmer days coming

The front desk didn't have the basic amenities like combs and such

We loved the size of the bed in the room. We loved hearing the sound of the ocean next to us. We loved being able to see the ocean from the moment we woke up. The staff were friendly and helpful even with parking.

Room coffee was bad. On the sixth floor, looks like there were air filters or some type of cleaning which irritated sneezing on our floor (seventh floor). Heater is loud.

Oceanfront room was nice with great view. Staffs were very nice, professional, and accommodating. Good hot breakfast with various choices.

Pleasant dining room. Continental breakfast was below average. Menus choices were goods. One waiter who worked very hard and did a good job of keeping guests served.

Parking you shouldn't have to pay 20.00 a night because your rates aren't cheap this alone is disappointing the furniture in room was very outdated and Looked bad

The toilets in the bathrooms are for kids, grown ups have a hard time getting up. Put something, arm bars by the toilet so we have something to hold on to, to help us get up.

The staff could not find my reservation so I had to call booking , com although I showed them the reservation and it was paid in advance. I had to explain again the next day with new management and was locked out my room and garage key stop working. Night manager did not tell morning manager. I think they have a issue with third party booking.

The cost of breakfast was ridiculous. Same quality breakfast you can get at a lower quality motel and theirs is free.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Went above and beyond their job even helped take pictures of us prior to dinner.

Rooms need to be a little more modern especially the bathroom. A staff person entered my room at 2am without knocking and said he thought the room was vacant Sounds like he was looking for somewhere to sleep for the evening! Restaurant floors, outside dining and bar area could use a thorough cleaning.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely loud and was really distracting while trying to sleep, and our room was cleaned well but it was a sandy film on the floor that could’ve been swept up better

The lobby is filled with fried food smell from the restaurant and no air conditioning. There are flies and gnats buzzing all through the lobby, breakfast area, and restaurant. This made the breakfast buffet and restaurant very uncomfortable. Constantly swatting flies while you eat is gross. Not to mention the food that is out on the buffet. We only ate at once at each place and ended up elsewhere for breakfast and dinner.

The location is fantastic.
