We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We were in a hurry and while the made to order breakfast was good, I would have preferred a quick buffet style meal where we could eat quickly Buying a small soda was pricey. The view out the window was an AC unit and bright lights were shining all night.
Nice lobby area. Quiet room. Good breakfast. The food staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness areas were nice. Perfect location close to entertainment and restaurants.

United States of AmericaMore greetings from your staff when they come across guests is important. It does not take much effort and makes your staff look incredibly friendly. Knowledge of how the keyless entry works is also important. It should not take several minutes for someone to figure out how to enable the iPhone key for my room.
The staff at breakfast was amazing. The gals that help and serve the food are to be commended. They went out of their way to engage my co-workers and me in conversation and do their jobs. I really appreciated the chef coming out of the kitchen to not only talk with the clients but with her staff too. Very nice touch. AJ at the front desk was a bit new - and it showed - but when he warmed up he was great. The gentleman who works the desk during the day was friendly and willing to help. He greeted me several times and was very friendly. The other guy seemed new and did not greet me once which is disappointing -you are in the service industry and need to at least say, "good morning" or "Good afternoon" - it does not take much effort to do that.

United States of AmericaI was disappointed that I was charged for oatmeal and a bagel for breakfast. I thought this was included in the price of the room. However, the charge was $4.21, which isn't terrible!
The room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. The room and bathroom were very clean and well appointed. The location was right off I-75 and close to a variety of restaurants. I would stay here the next time I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face!

United States of AmericaPillows were terrible. Sore neck. They were very soft, no support. Also coffee provided in the room was old, keurge cups tops were flat, can tell if there fresh if tops have bubble. Went and bought keurge cups at the store.
Great location, staff was nice. Best part it was quiet, had a sign when you got off the elevator to each floor, entering quiet area . Keurge coffee machine perfect. Rooms were nice.
