The check in process was quick. The room was clean. The staff recommended a great restaurant right across the street. The Mexican food was amazing. The beds were ok and the ac worked well to keep the room cool. Didn't hear alot of noise outside the window while sleeping

Unos closes too early, especially being across the street from a sporting venue. The waitress there was so nasty

There's an UNO restaraunt attached to the hotel but the reviews kept us looking elsewhere. It was probably fine but it would've been nice to have another option close by. Rooms could use small decorative updates.

Always appreciate a full length mirror. $11.95 for overnight parking in a covered garage was way cheaper than the $40 we're used to in NY. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and we were able to check in an hour early.

The desk clerk upgraded me when I didn’t ask for one, but the morning supervisor cancelled out the upgrade to return my money. The coffee maker wasn’t working. The chain to draw the drapes broke when I went to open the drapes. I did inform the desk clerk upon checking out.

Walking distance to the train station and the DCU center was great.

The room needs updating. Toilet was blocked and didn't flush properly.

The front desk staff especially Kat were great. Kat went out of her way to ensure we were able to check in on time so we could go to our show downtown on time. It definitely made a difference!

Too many people roaming around - they had a group of school children at the same time who were loud and all over the place, especially at breakfast.

Had this accommodation for family coming over - it was easy to locate and a good place for a one-night stay.

The place is too crowded - I asked for late checkout months in advance and they couldn't accommodate on the day of due to being fully booked.

It was a good place to stay. The location is everything for this hotel as it is in the heart of Worcester.

The breakfast was decent and the price was good. Rooms were very expensive because it was family weekend at the local college. Pillows were too soft but when I asked for 2 more, they were promptly delivered.

The soundproofing at the hotel could be much better. I got very little sleep due to street noise and the constant cycling of the very loud AC/heat unit fan. There was no option for a continuous fan. The bedding made me itchy, I think it may have been a reaction to the laundry detergent.

Great location and walking distance to many area attractions and great restaurants. The staff were very friendly.

Parking situation is awful. No place to unload bags when traveling for 2 weeks and lots of luggage. Was told we could park in front of hotel no problem. Had to go in search of a luggage cart. Loaded up and took bags upstairs and came down within 10 minutes to take car across the street to public parking. Fortunately, my car was NOT towed as the gypsy towing company was loading up and towing the car in front of me. Ridiculous!

There weren't working outlets in the bathroom I had. Also, the bed sheets didn't actually reach the top of the bed, so I had to sleep on top of them with a thin comforter (bring a blanket or 2!). I also did notice they did not restock the tissues in the room either, which was unusual. All in all minor things so I would stay here again but I would definitely check everything and if it wasn't ok try for a different room or have them fix it. I still liked the hotel! **please add more lighting options

The bed was comfy and I loved the blackout curtain. Parking wasn't terrible and decently priced! Checking in was easy and checkout was fast too.
