I could feel the springs in my mattress so hard to sleep. Water in shower could of been a little hotter & had t0 flush the toilet acouple of times.

Not having control over the room temperature. Outdated rooms and historical buildings are one thing that I enjoy, However, no microwave nor refrigerator inside of the room.

The facility has restaurants nearby and within the hotel. The staff was quick to assist.

The young lady at reception, we got there around 9pm and she was too busy on her phone to attend to our checking in and she was very blunt and not at all helpful.

In a good location, the bars and restaurants inside the hotel were nice and grand beauty of the old building.

We took part in the Saturday brunch. It was nice, but the waitress was clearly overwhelmed by how busy it was (restaurant was not half full). It took so long to get check, we charged it to our room. The room didn’t have a fridge, but there was an ice machine near our room. Pillows were not great.

One cannot beat this hotel for its location. It has attached parking where you can leave the garage several times and not be charged extra.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There were marks on the mirror, dust on a shelf, no back on TV remote. The breakfast was a bit overpriced for the offerings.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room size was good and bathroom nicely appointed. I liked that there were three options for food. The pub served reasonably priced meals and had a good atmosphere.

The fridge in the room had food at check in. No one every came to fix the situation after requested to do so. The halls and common areas smelled. The breakfast buffet was over priced (over $50 for 2 people) and poor value.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast selection was the same every day and pastries could have been better quality.

Room service/housekeeping policy of not cleaning every day/cleaning only when requested. Elevators are efficient and don't need passkey like newer hotels. Parking & eating able to be put on room bill.

my bedsheets had blood in it. the rug by the nightstand was soaking wet. Has to put some wash towels on it so I wouldn’t feel the wetness. We were to tired the night we arrived, and we just wanted to go to bed. That’s why we didn’t call the front desk.
