    Check in too slow at busy times (eg Friday afternoon). Needed more check in staff at that time.

    No coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Everything needs renovation. Sorry.

    It took 15 minutes to get hot water one morning in the shower, we had to pay an EXTRA unexpected "mandatory" $35/day for laundry services (which we didn't need or use) and food service (which we didn't want to use. This extra fee was not stipulated in any up front cost stated for the hotel room.

    Hotel location was great - close to all attractions in NYC and close to subway.

    Because we were Hilton Honors member, we were supposed to get free waters. I called for them and no one answered the number so we only got our waters one day. One day we had no washcloths or towels, one day the shower water took 15 minutes to get hot. We were not told of the extra "required" $150 in charges we were told were for laundry we didn't need, and for extra food which we didn't want.

    Location was very good, close or walkable to sites we wanted to see.

    the check in process took over an hour. possibly one hour and a half. Painful specially close to midnight.

    The room was dirty, they just did the beds without cleaning anything else.

    Lots of people and there were always lines to get in the elevators, you should have more faciliteis.

    A good and comfortable hotel on a good location. The breakfast is great, although quite expensive - as everything in NY.

    No tea and coffee facilities

    The room was an adapted one so had plenty of room for me to move around in my wheelchair

    The food and restaurant was outrageously expensive

    Service was great at all of my point of contacts, check in, restaurant, housekeeping, doorman…they were amazing. The rooms were dated and small.

    I like to get up very early and have a quick cup of coffee before going to the gym and I love a cup of herb tea before I go to bed. I was able to go to the quick eats section downstairs and get a cup of hot water to take back to my room but it would have been lovely to have been able to make a hot cup in the room. I went to NY from Chicago Hilton and the in-room coffee making facility was great.

    Breakfast and evening soup excellent. Hot oatmeal is a great idea.

    No in room coffee maker. The prices for laundry and food and drinks is a little excessive but other stores are around.

    Good location close to Times Square and the park. Easy to get to and visit tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was attentive and helped promptly. $35 food credit included with the resort fee was nice way to get some complimentary food and coffee. The rooms are quiet we could not hear anyone in the adjacent rooms. This is our second stay (10 yrs apart) and this hotel does not disappoint.

    Check in was horrible. We arrived at 7PM and there were only 2 employees working. As Hilton Honors members we chose the appropriate line, but still had to wait about a hour for check in. I understand this is a massive hotel, but they should be staffed appropriately. Also, a few elevators were down or would not move after entry, so we had to walk down a few levels and try to catch a different elevator

    The room was large and beds were comfortable. The location was great and close to some good dining options. I loved the views from our room, we had a corner unit, and Central Park was a few blocks away.
