The lack of cleanliness and/or attention to detail, the breakfast is lacking nor worth the additional $10 for hot food, and the bar hours were annoying; I’m on vacation and had a lot of downtime to grab a drink, or watch a game.

Negative activity that occurred on this visit. 1. Woman walked out of restaurant without paying 2. Attempt to steal ATM machine 3. Woman was kicked off property but when I returned to my room 1226 the same woman was on the 2nd floor with a man at the end of the hall outside. Prior to checking into the hotel my car rental was broken into as an attempted robbery at the 76 gas station located around the corner. The hotel location is very close to the airport, however, the area is sketchy and unfortunately because of these things, I will not be returning to this location/area.

It wasn't clear where I was supposed to pick up the food I ordered and I ended up wandering around for a while trying to figure it out.

Room was spacious and clean as was the whole facility. Staff were very kind and helpful, quick to help me with requests. I traveled with my service dog and was assigned a ground floor room - I don't know if this was intentional, but it helped tremendously that I didn't have to take an elevator downstairs and hunt for a spot for her to do her "business". Everything was easy, including ordering food on demand.

No Complaints Thank you for the Stay

We chose for location and the shuttle service had the best hours: we arrived after 11:00 pm and departed at 6:00 am on the way back. Great pickup location right between the Terminal and the BART station. We didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant because of the timing but there was a good quality coffee in the room, bathroom was clean and good quality soaps and towels; even a bathrobe. I’m back with Hilton for the value and service; good job guys.

Didn't like that my room didn't get cleaned when I specifically asked the lady at the Front Desk on Sunday morning to follow up for me. I surely didn't like the walk to the main building from bldg. jü

The staff for the most part were excellent. Standouts were Jeff Jones at the Front desk., Bernadette and Tina/ Gina? at the dining facilities. I enjoyed my breakfast selection tremendously.

The property is very outdated!

The front desk staff was amazing. We had a late dinner at the bar and Grill. The food was very good!

The room had an unpleasant odor and the decor felt outdated which was less comfortable for me. They selected a room that was just opposite the vending machines and elevators so it was louder than I would have preferred.

I liked the king-size bed which was comfortable and the room they gave me was relatively quiet for where it was located. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any questions I had.

This is our fifth stay at Hilton Oakland Airport. It’s close to the airport and has a reliable shuttle service. There is a nice bar/restaurant that serves good food in a comfortable environment. The rooms are clean and in our experience, quiet. The hotel and food service staff are extremely kind and helpful.
