very nice hotel, clean. kids friendly, my kids enjoyed all the pools, and especially water slide. the food is good too, and surprisingly not too expensive.

The hotel needs a refresh, it was clean, just old. The bar area is nice and the downstairs restaurant had good food.

Nice bar and breakfast area. Clean facility and close to the convention center. If you are attending a convention this is a great place to stay.

Lazy river was the only reason I booked this hotel but it was under construction so i couldn’t use it yet I had to pay the resort fee. No microwave oven in the room. Shower head was old plus the water pressure was very low.

At check-in, I was told there would be a $100 fee charged to my card in addition to the room payment that would be refunded when we checked out. It has not been refunded despite 3 messages sent to Hilton through the booking.com app. These messages have not been answered either.

the quality of the food from the restaurants was awful and SO over priced--- unfortunately making it cheaper will also not make it actually taste good SO I think best work on the food itself and bring it to a level people are happy to pay premium for it.

We used valet parking it was great but my truck had ants all over the side of the passages seat and back seat when we got it back I didn’t have this problem when I drop my truck off to valet parking. I have to spend over 140 dollars more because I need to get my car detail to get them out. This really bother me I have two youth children it was a horrible experience they got bit. I was planning to use this hotel again for my daughter’s cheer competitions, because everything was amazing if but I don’t know if I wanna go through that again. We use valet because it’s easier with 2 kids but even thought it’s extra I hope somebody can reach out to me about this or just figure out what happen

Wasn’t happy with the man at the front desk when my friend arrived and he refused to left she access the room before I had arrived. (This was 1am in the morning). He told her no pay for another room or leave. I had messaged the hotel before hand to let them know she was coming before me. When she arrived and got refused I called the hotel 5 times and nobody answered. So I had her take her phone to him and he still refused her entry it wasn’t until I told him I wanted to speak to his manager he let her in the room. I think this is very bad service and special when we were Traveling around the world to this hotel. If she couldn’t get ahold of me she may never of got I the room. She is also a Hilton VIP member.

I didn't get a receipt for my stay there. I shouldn't have to be a special member to get a detailed receipt for my stay there! Either the hotel or Booking.com should email that to me automatically at the end of my stay.

The fee for my car being parked was to high. Plus the fee's in the cafeteria was to high. You already get a lot for the rooms and drinks and cabana which I paid. But the $45 for parking is crazy when I pay for everything else.

We loved the cabana and the service.
