Unfortunately, I checked in to the hotel in the middle of a workers strike, awakened by their “group noise” at 7:00am the Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was there.

Friendly bell persons (Izzy and Louie) and valet parkers. Good workout facility/gym; clean.

Bedsheets had a lipstick stain. Pool was not heated as described.

The location was perfect and staff amazing!!!!!! Loved the balcony and space of the room! Nice kitchenette area. Room service was good although limited selection.

Currently, strike with employees, which was told to us at check-in. Loud protest each morning, which woke us up.

Great location in nice neighborhood and walking distance to train, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Carpeting and the sofa in the room (720) had stains and didn't look clean. Bedside lighting was poor.

I really enjoyed breakfast! Great bacon, pancakes and waffles. As for the staff, everyone was kind and helpful. I cannot say enough about your staff. They are exceptional. This includes Front Desk, housekeeping, and especially the wait staff at the restaurant. Bathroom and linens were very clean and comfortable.

We wish the valet parking wasn’t as expensive. It wasn’t included in the price so we had to pay extra. The hotel is a bit expensive already without the parking.

The property was very clean and the staff were helpful. There were food places inside the hotel which made it convenient to eat without leaving the property.

We didn't like that it was Valet only. There was a parking garage next door but some people were not able to access it. We didnt like one staff member. He seemed like he was annoyed with everything. We didnt like that you need to key to use the elevator. It made going up and down a hassle. I also got charged for two cars at valet.

We liked that most of the staff was very friendly. We liked the size of our room and the layout of the room. We liked that we were able to extend our checkout by two hours.

Some of the staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. The temperature at the restaurant/bar was way too cold (though I suppose that’s a problem with a lot of places in the US)

I am always happy when I stay at a Hilton, and this one was no different. It was comfortable and clean, and close to the festival we were attending that weekend. My colleague and I also liked the gym and used it every morning.
